#1 dining experience in Miami and one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of savoring.

Inventive, flawless dishes, nonpareil hospitality, and the best music playlists anywhere. I never tire of this destination and relish every bite and minute spent here.

Michelin star restaurant tucked away in an unsuspecting strip mall. Some of the best food I’ve ever tried. Very unique and innovative dishes. Very experimental and daring combining different flavor profiles. The veal sweat bread, king crab black pasta, and scallops stood out to me. The king crab black pasta was my ultimate favorite. It had my favorite flavors: lemon, dill, essence of the ocean, umami.

It was an amazing experience! Every dish pleasantly surprised me with its harmony of flavors and carefully crafted combinations. My favorite was the chicken liver pâté — a perfect balance of textures and rich taste. Even though I’m not a fan of sweets, their tiramisu completely won me over — a light, delicate dessert with crispy, slightly salty savoiardi that added a unique touch. I’ll definitely be back!

Boia De truly lives up to its well-deserved Michelin star. From the moment you step in to the moment you leave, everything about the experience is 5-star perfection.

We started at the bar, ordering drinks before being seated, which set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The intimate, small, and cute space, with just a few tables, adds a cozy charm, making the experience feel exclusive and personal.

The service was exceptional—our waitress was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout the night.

As for the food, every dish was a 10/10. The beef tartare deserves a special shout-out, as does literally all of their pasta. Each bite was a masterclass in flavor and craftsmanship. The tiramisu was to die for, easily one of the best ive had.

Their wine selection is impressive, perfectly complementing the meal.

Everything about Boia De is simply outstanding. It's now one of my favorite restaurants in Miami, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I had high expectations for this restaurant, and every single one of them was exceeded.

From the moment you step into this place—which is anything but pretentious, fancy, or grandiose, but rather elegantly simple—you understand why it has a Michelin star.

Although the person who attended to us seemed new, he made every effort to please us and explain the menu. He was very attentive, replacing our plates and utensils each time he saw we’d finished a dish.

Without a doubt, the food is the star of this place. We ordered several dishes to share: as a starter, we had the Chicken Liver and Foie Gras, which came with a delicious strawberry jam. The combination was to die for. The bread was so good that we ordered an extra serving. It was sourdough, grilled with olive oil. Then we had the White Truffle Tagliatelle—amazing! The pasta’s texture, perfect doneness, and the sauce were simply delightful. Next came the Pappardelle Alla Lepre, a pasta with rabbit and rosemary, offering spectacular flavors. The final dish, and a must-try here, was the Ricotta Gnocchi Alla Norcina, combining Roman sausage and black truffle with ricotta gnocchi. Trying them should be mandatory! We finished our meal with a carrot cake that was to die for and a chocolate pudino with hazelnut and salted caramel. The latter was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still good.

I loved the music. I asked for the playlist, but they explained that each night is different. They start with a song by a band or artist, and then AI takes over from there.

Make sure to book in advance. The space, while very cozy, is small, and the tables are quite close together, at least by Miami standards. It feels more like a classic Italian high-cuisine spot.

If you love great food, Boia De is a must in Miami. I’d come back a thousand times.
