Great spot in the neighborhood to get a beer and entertainment.  5th really tries to give a visitor great value with live music and trivia nights.  Their beer selection is nice and there is usually a food pop up when you get hungry.  Dogs are a common visitor so if you don’t like them or are allergic you may want to make sure you find a seat away from our fury pals.  It’s one of my favorite places in the area to hang out and witness some pretty good jazz and meet up with friends.  LIC is a bit more modern and might be low on the history and charm of many neighborhoods in the city but 5th does a really great job of starting the area’s own vibe and identity.

If you're in LIC, recommend checking it out! Plenty of places to sit or stand and dog friendly (can’t wait to bring my puppy here). We had a few tasters and all were good, esp the hazy IPA (troublesome jellyfish). They don't serve food but can buy a bag of beef jerky or chips. There is a food truck outside (this time it was Mom's Momo) where you can buy food and outside food is allowed. The bartenders are really friendly and fun too!

Awesome beers on draft. Love the hazy ipas. Friendly vibes and they treat their customers well. The food pop ups are delicious and priced well! The live jazz was everything and I will definitely be returning weekly!
