Food was wonderful! This week had my second visit to BIKT. last time was with friends a while ago and had a best of my lifetime taste of scallops so took my family there this time. The röding was average performance for a fine restaurant. But the other dishes we thought were outstanding: rödräka pil pil, Calzone was as good as expected, Iberico bellotta I can also highly recommend. The dishes were descent sizes as well, unlike many other restaurants nowadays.
Friendly and attentive staff, good service. The only limit I can think of was a bit tight in the sitting otherwise perfect experience. Would definitely revisit

The char, beef tartare, and black pork neck were all standout items that I would highly recommend. The char had a nice crispy skin and the meat was cooked perfectly. The beef tartare was fresh and seasoned well. And the black pork neck was tender and had great depth of flavor.

Beyond the excellent main dishes, the cocktail menu also impressed. They have a wide selection of creative cocktails available at very reasonable prices. We were able to find delicious drink pairings to complement our meal.
