Had a great experience here. I was lucky enough to get a spot walking in. Recommend honing your Japanese language a little before visiting. You get a counter seat with a full spectacle of the sushi chef preparing your meal. My chef was very hospitable and prepared a delectable selection of sushi. If you are lucky, you even get to take a photo with the team. Walked out a happy camper. Will definitely be back soon.

My kind of place!  Just a hole in the wall but serving up amazing ramen and gyoza. Very flavour served up fast. Popular with the locals and seating is limited so there’s a bit of a wait but it’s worth it. Definitely recommended

What’s impressive about this place is the toppings no doubt. The wonton was delicious and the bean sprouts were plump and tasty. The little bits of fried onions and tiny shrimp REALLY add umami to this deceptively simple, but not simple bowl of soup and noodles. Great.

Soup: simple shoyu Chinese style…but don’t be deceived by its simplicity, it is umami packed.

Noodles: not my fav kind - thick doughy type, but it went well with the soup and I could eat slower and it wouldn’t get soggy.
