Iconic hotel that prioritizes service. The food and amenities were fantastic. Everyone with a smile is there to assist. The Butler service needs some prompting on exactly what to do, but once focused they can execute.

Location is awesome but you are paying for the legacy brand of Raffles.  Very expensive.

I recently stayed at Raffles and was thoroughly impressed by how it manages to offer the best of both worlds—an oasis of peace and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The ambience inside the hotel is stunning, with lush greenery, creating a serene environment that feels far removed from the vibrant city outside. Yet, as soon as you step out of the hotel, you’re in the perfect location to explore everything Singapore has to offer.

What truly stood out, though, was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being throughout our stay. On my last day, I wasn’t feeling my best, and our butler immediately took action. Not only did he arrange for some medication, but he also thoughtfully prepared a hot water bottle to ease my discomfort—something I hadn’t even asked for. His attentiveness made a world of difference.

Kartini, another member of the team, looked after my family with exceptional care. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel completely at home.

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Singapore. The combination of such warm hospitality and the perfect balance between peaceful ambience and city excitement makes Raffles my top choice. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing place, steeped in history but unfortunately the workforce are not promoting that high standard of care, service and attention. The Long Bar in particular was like a ‘conveyor belt’- I am
glad I have been but am sad that standards are not higher. Check your bill carefully at the end!! Make sure you haven’t been given someone else’s !

Loved this trail, it’s a beautiful walk on this bridge that is as tall as most of the trees 🌴 in the neighbourhood.

The bridge itself is like 2km but u need to add few kms (2.5km each side) to get there and out 😊

By the way your white shoes 👟 will remain white 😊, as there are thoughtfully build walking trails that offers guidance and safe walking along the trail 👏
