Fantastic location for sightseeing. Hotel exceptionally clean, a warm friendly welcome received on arrival. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional overall a lovely stay. The hotel had a warm friendly relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable, with all the important landmarks just a short walk away and one of the main train and tramway stations 2-3 minutes walk away. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Christmas decoration is beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The highlight, though, was the breakfast—definitely one of the best we've ever had! Every detail was perfect, and we truly felt at home. Thank you for everything! We will definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for Christmas markets. A minute away from public transport and a great central point to go in all directions. Friendly staff. We came early for an early check in and the staff that looked after us was very kind and helpful. Lovely room and soft bed linen. Definitely recommend great place for first time in Berlin central to everything. They also have a QR code which gives you lots of information about the hotel, services and facilities, location etc which we found extremely helpful. Thanks again

The hotel is ideally situated in the Friedrichstrasse area, and the station is right outside the hotel from where you can get direct routes to the airport its only 4 stops. The staff where helpful and friendly and specifically the ones in the downstairs bar (Regina, Amelie and Gerard) – where we cashed in our 10 Euro voucher due to foregoing housecleaning for a day. They made a real effort to provide the options available to us and helped make a lovely fruit juice.

I stayed in a twin room XL and had some initial issues about 2 separate beds, but eventually persevered and managed to get it. I don’t believe the hotel has many rooms with 2 single beds. Our room was very big and we had a lot of space to move around with no concerns about bumping into each other’s luggage’s.

The windows were large and can be fully opened. There was a note on the heater about not touching it as it would turn on automatically. Bathroom was large as well with the expected amenities from a hotel of this calibre.

The safe operated by using a credit card which was not working properly during our stay.

The breakfast area was very large and can accommodate a lot of people. The options were fantastic with plenty to choose from for both meat eaters and veggies.

I had a great stay at this perfectly located hotel and the room met all my expectations.

Great hotel, great location, great service and staff. View from the room was amazing, room was huge for us, which is inportant since we were a couple, a child and a baby. The other options I had seem to have small rooms.
I have just good things to say. Great choice, specially if being a family.
