Charming small restaurant located in the old city of Göteborg, offering elevated Nordic cuisine presented in an aesthetic manner and made with high quality ingredients.
The beef tartare with Swedish cheese was absolutely delicious. The cod fillet served on potatoes with red beet was simple yet well prepared and with an excellent delicate flavor.
The service was very friendly and efficient, and the price for the lunch menu was more than reasonable.

Food was wonderful! This week had my second visit to BIKT. last time was with friends a while ago and had a best of my lifetime taste of scallops so took my family there this time. The röding was average performance for a fine restaurant. But the other dishes we thought were outstanding: rödräka pil pil, Calzone was as good as expected, Iberico bellotta I can also highly recommend. The dishes were descent sizes as well, unlike many other restaurants nowadays.
Friendly and attentive staff, good service. The only limit I can think of was a bit tight in the sitting otherwise perfect experience. Would definitely revisit

Eating at BIKT is an unfogettable experience. Javier's passion for good food translates into the spectacularity of its dishes: the suculent poched oyster with champagne and caviar, an epic artichoke salad, Iberian pork with chimichurri, and desserts worthy of a Michelin star were part of a menu that I will not forget in a long time. Not to be missed!

The staff at this restaurant were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They were happy to provide recommendations and made sure we had an enjoyable dining experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. We tried several dishes and were impressed by the quality and flavors. The char, beef tartare, and black pork neck were all standout items that I would highly recommend. The char had a nice crispy skin and the meat was cooked perfectly. The beef tartare was fresh and seasoned well. And the black pork neck was tender and had great depth of flavor.

Beyond the excellent main dishes, the cocktail menu also impressed. They have a wide selection of creative cocktails available at very reasonable prices. We were able to find delicious drink pairings to complement our meal.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. The combination of superb service, delectable food, and well-crafted cocktails make it a must-try. I plan to return again soon to sample more of their tempting menu offerings.

I really enjoyed my meal and staff is attentive and hardworking. I recommend going for a nice event of great food. The bread had the best crispy outside layer and cones with whipped butter!
