Our first day at the Baileys hotel started off wonderful until we requested a room upgrade, that we paid for,  only to discover mold in the new room. When we presented the mold issue in our room they responded by saying all of the same room types were sold out and they could place us in a higher level room for one night, after that they’d have to charge us for the upgraded room if no other rooms at our booked level were available. They then informed us that they would come clean the room , which ultimately would just spread the mold spores into the air for us to breathe in. The room number with this issue is 532. It needs proper remediation to ensure that the moisture issue causing the mold doesn’t come back. This hotel doesn’t value their customers experience, or well being and safety.

One perk is its great proximity to the subway system.

Very enjoyable,
We stayed for 3 nights. What a great hotel! Classic hospitality, professional staff, lively place with a local vibe in the bar. Reasonable pricing with good value for money. The room we stayed in (302) was very clean, and well decorated, still the maintenance guys could do better in delivering a neat job when things get repaired. The location is top notch if you intend to use public transportation.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering ultimate comfort. The service was top-notch—staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return

Sustainability measures and environmental awareness: a big plus for me!  Located so close to Gloucester Station--another huge bonus.  Many restaurants close by, all felt very safe at night, taxi always seemed to be right outside waiting. I never had to wait. The staff and concierge and general manager were extremely attentive, the room was clean and the perfect size for a solo traveler. Room had all amenities needed. Also close to a bus stop right outside the lobby.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and cheerful, making the experience even more delightful. The room cleaning service is excellent, but I hope they can provide two water bottles instead of one in the future. The location is dreamy, situated right across from Gloucester Road station. I will definitely stay here again and again. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!
