Dos Amigos serves the best Cuban steak sandwich I've ever had. It's a beloved spot for me since my mom visited regularly while pregnant with me, and the sandwich has only improved over the last 31 years. Every visit is a nostalgic trip down memory lane. The steak is perfectly cooked, the sandwich is delightfully crunchy, and their delicious French fries and unique mango batidos are simply unmatched. The owner and the wonderful staff working there have been serving our community for over 20 years, and it's heartwarming to see them continue their legacy. Treat yourself to this gem—it’s an experience you won't forget!

What I love most about Dos Amigos is their consistency. They make 2 products and they make them well. I've been getting steak sandwiches here since the late 90's and nothing has changed. Great classic cuban steak sandwiches and delicious shakes every time..

Cheap quality and terrible.  Looking for a heart attack? Want a high priced steak sandwich drenched in oily soggy fries 🍟 in a sandwich? Then this may be the right place for you to eat.  I haven’t eaten here in about ten years. I went Saturday and picked up three sandwiches and paid a total of $24.30 cash. The owner doesn’t accept cash and I am assuming is to avoid paying taxes. The sandwich has nothing in it but oil drenched fries. No lettuce or tomatoes.  The steak is poor quality with much skin.  I don’t recommend this. They offer milkshakes and there is plenty of parking if you eat in.  If you Want a good steak sandwich, go to Centro Latino on 63rd street and Bergenline Ave.  for sure never going back to dos amigos.

What a disgrace for you to call this place Cuban steak Sandwich restaurant. The only thing Cuban about the sandwiches is the crunchy delicious bread. The rest is absolutely awful and the meat tasted  like  “cebo” (fat). The only thing that comes close to it is Philly steaks that I don’t are for!!!   They used to marinate the meat,but not anymore! Do not recommend this place. The people that like these steak sandwiches have Yet to try a real Cuban steak sandwich!
