Fantastic place to have breakfast as they do full English breakfast from early on. Hotel lobby was a courtyard with water fountains! Super beautiful place to hang out or have a tea! Their chocolate cake is to die for!

I arrived to this hotel from hospital whilst recovering from spinal surgery. I was treated superbly, allowed to check into my room early, given a room upgrade free of charge to accommodate my need for a walk in shower. The staff, the rooms, the location, the food and ambience were superb. I would not hesitate to recommend and will return as soon as my fitness allows. Thank you to everyone that had a part in making my stay so nice.

We booked a last minute stay here after a reservation mix-up at another hotel in Palma and were incredibly impressed. From check-in to check-out the customer service was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and our room was stunning and clean. Location is very central. We especially loved the bar and the rooftop pool and terrace. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed in June with group of 16 in hotel for our yearly golf trip. We enjoyed this hotel a lot. The location is perfect walking distance to all good restaurants. Also the rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The patio inside is great for breakfast or nice lunch location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good location. However all noises in the street and inside the hotel can be heard in the room. If you take one of the Main Street view rooms, which has a nice view, be ready that you will hear the clock in the opposite building every time it rings. Rooms are very clean, bed sheets and towels are clean. One problem with our bathroom is that there is no shower only bathtub, but that’s not the case in all rooms. Staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel has no parking but there is a close one to the hotel.
