This is one of my favourite carrot cakes. It has a very nice and tasteful cake. The glaze is creamy and has balanced flavour of tart and light cheese. It feels like if it were a person it would’ve been shy but very surprising when you get to know them. It is moist, it is underrated and it is really nice balanced.
