Shout out to Victor and Elias who are wonderful and attentive servers. Super awesome ambiance. Food fantastic. Margaritas strong! Dessert worth every calorie. They treat you like family such hospitality. We came two nights in a row.

this was probably the best service I’ve had anywhere in the world. The servers were so incredibly attentive, and the food was so flavorful. The creole sausage was a unique and delicious appetizer, and the seafood guacho was no slouch either. I ended with the flan, which was a huge portion, and I have some left for another day. 10/10 recommend

We had an amazing culinary experience at Aya la Vida mainly because the food was of outstanding quality. We took entrecôte and fish of the day and it was exquisite. It was quite empty with 8 guests vs. >15 staff some of them were staring at us waiting for the moment they could help. Of course good intentions but felt a bit uncomfortable. Also it  is quite dark inside so hard to read the menu but they gave us a light. The neighborhood is quite bad even though it’s near to the main part of casco viejo. There were policemen with rifles going into a house round the corner when we left the place. All in all recommend this place especially for the good food and take a taxi there

I just had brunch, and everything was perfect. The ambiance is beautiful and comfortable. The food was incredible (make sure to try the house made hot sauce).  The cocktail menu was solid, my sangria was so tasty I had a second. The service was so so great. They helped me through my sub-par Spanish, and were so fun, helpful and attentive.  There was entertainment, that matched the chill vibe and even had a few traditional dancers showcase their skills. Will be coming back, and recomending this place to co-workers while they are here.

Absolutely delicious Panamanian dishes and wonderfully attentive service. Lovely atmosphere and mellow vibe despite lots of clients. I would come back tomorrow if I had another day. Great variety of dishes, all beautifully presented.
