This food was outstanding! I mean, so fresh, so flavorful and made with care. I decided to stop by and ordered the spicy beef tendon in chili oil and beef tripe hand pulled noodle soup. Let me tell you, that spicy beef tendon, I can eat a pan of that. It was so delicious, I had to force myself to stop eating them and make room for the soup! It wasn't too spicy, and it had the right amount of heat. Now, I would have preferred mine with more of a kick, but having the heat hit the mouth later was alright. Shortly after receiving this snack, the main event arrived and it was a gargantuan bowl of soup. Man, that broth was perfect on its own, but when I ate it with the noodles, I was truly in food heaven! Those noodles were made to perfection and every ingredient in the bowl literally just made that bowl sing. The perfectly cooked tripe and beef, vegetables and other mix-ins, it was truly sublime. Then I added some vinegar, hot chilis and a sweet tangy sauce in there, which truly elevated that bowl of soup to the next level. Definitely worth the trip and the food is reasonably priced! Make sure to come on an empty stomach because you will truly enjoy the meal and the offerings.

This Michelin recommended spot did not disappoint! The hand pulled Chinese noodles and dumplings are simply to die for. I had the beef soup, which was filled with handmade noodles and tender beef. The Shanghai pan fried pork buns are insanely good as well. I will most definitely be returning to this staple of Buford Highway!

Michelin star ranked hand-made noodle spot on Buford highway. Service is very quick and kind, appetizers and entrees are brought out within 5-15 minutes. The hand-made noodles were the absolutely best item choice; I had tried the ramen at a prior trip here which was excellent but the noodles were what brought me back. Pictured are the seafood/meat heavy noodles with a plethora of fish/scallops/mussels. Friend dumplings were generous in size and textures of the crispy exterior and plentiful and moist interior complimented one another well. Prices are reasonable for the quality and staffing with spacious interior and seating. Limited if any gluten free options due to breading/soy sauce in many recipes.

The house soup was good, not the best in Atlanta.  The pork dumplings were tasty. The spicy chopped pig ears were Interesting, but I would not order again.  Service was not the best, and the waiters had little quality input on recommendations.  I had to get up to get attention of waiters to remind them to bring my appetizer after already serving me dinner, and to refill my tea. I will likely try another restaurant next time

Affordable restaurant serving authentic Chinese food. I've visited this restaurant a couple of times and the service was fast and the waiter was very nice. Food on the pictures: Hot and sour potato shredded, Fried pot sticker dumplings, House special noodles, pork ribs, roast duck, seafood stir-fried noodles, steamed soup dumplings.
