I loved how it looked inside—all the incredible pictures and sculptures hanging. There were many options: desserts, soups, sandwiches, coffee, and drinks. I ordered a chocolate mousse, though. I will be back next time for their sandwiches and soups though. And the people working their were very friendly.

Awesome and unique atmosphere, exquisite baked goods!

I love how unique this place is and how good their pastries, etc. are. I don’t normally like macaroons- but theirs are amazing!
I got some of their little tarts which were delicious.

This is one of my wife’s favorite places!
You seriously don’t want to miss out on this gem!

The atmosphere is amazing. The restaurant is literally filled with decorations that reflect the French culture like an Eiffel Tower, a Mona Lisa painting, etc. The seating is very unique. There's a table with a lighted tree in the middle. There is so much art on the walls. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. It was quite an experience.

Nutella tart was not too sweet which I loved. Lemon tart was perfect! I also got turkey Brie sandwich. It was delicious 😋 a little sweet from the jam they put. Lots of bizarre and surprising things like chandeliers and huge kitchen gadgets.
Would be back to try more pastries 🥐

I fell in love with Amelie’s years ago. I recall wishing that they would open a location  in my hometown of Atlanta, GA they did, but it did not last long.

One night while  in Charlotte I made the suggestion that my family and I make a late night run to Amelie’s.  It’s been such a long time since I visited that I did not realize they are in a new location. The new  to me location still gives me the same energy as when I visited years ago. The quirkiness of the decor really makes this place special.

We arrived fairly late- maybe 30 minutes prior to closing. However, we were still able to order everything we wanted. Additionally, the staff still had great attitudes!

Overall I love everything about Amelie’s, the decor, the staff and most importantly the food and drinks. If you have a chance to check this spot out, I highly recommend. You do so!
