Excellent hotel. Front desk staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Concierge service was unparalleled. Hotel room was cute and very comfortable. Highest recommendation for Heliopic Hotel. Perfect location next to cable cars.

Grand Hôtel des Alpes

The room and communal areas are clean and tidy with some needing upgrading however this hitel prices seemed over priced for what is included. Carpark and breakfast on site but at additional cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We came back to spend 1 week again after 1 year break...it was really excellent stay,nothing has been changed in negative way. Kind and helpful staff,clean room,perfect spa relax after demanding hiking trips as reward. will come back again,hopefuly next year

Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz

Amazing and very kind staff, delicious food and the best coffee at Vienna's most central! Our recomendations. Hotel rooms are very clean, we stayed at rooftop room with Cathedral view. They surprised us for birthday, they think of everything. We will definitely come again here

Beautiful hotel just off the beaten path. Friendly & helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast, one of the best I've seen. Room was spacious and clean. Walkable to city center and attractions. Close to subway system, which was easy to use, too. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing trip! Within the first day we already wanted to book again. Such wonderful staff and an amazing hotel. Great activities for children for all times of the day and evening. Staff were very accommodating and make sure you were comfortable and having a wonderful time from start to finish! We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel Catalonia Atocha

This hotel is in a perfect location. Very central to all of the attractions Madrid has to offer. We opted for breakfast at the hotel. The choice was superb. Cold meats , hot food selection, cereals , pastries, churros as well! Absolute heaven. Definitely worth having the breakfast. The staff were all professional and polite. Everyone whatever their role, greeted with a hello/hola.

Coming, beeing HOME as simple as that. We go since few years to FLorence and we love it, it is home, it is Familly time and a luxury that money can not buy. Allways friendly, respectfull and not crazy as other hotels wwith pricing and and. We LOVE it.

This is the most wonderful resort, can’t recommend it enough… fabulous food, great rooms, so beautiful. And it wouldn’t be the same without the amazing Konstantina who looks after us so brilliantly. She is very special, and we will keep coming back as long as she is here.

Amazing hotel with such helpful and friendly staff. We chose this hotel for location and the rooftop bar and pool. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to La Rambla and less than 5 mins walk to 3 metro stations, Drassenes, Liceau and Para el(which takes you to the cable car). My daughter left her teddy bear, the staff could not be more helpful in ensuring the sentimental item was returned to us in the UK after we arrived home.
