Imagine a high end bistro in Copenhagen or Paris, only in Malmö. Technical cooking at its best. Huge flavours balanced to absolute perfection. Locally sourced produce turned into creative dishes. Sitting at the bar watching the prep of your food is almost like a chef’s table. Highly entertaining to watch these craftsmen at work.

With a steady rotation of dishes this is a place you can visit over and over and over again. Highly recommended.

I usually don’t rate restaurants on google but Riket was different. I have been to many places all over the world, ate in many restaurants and tried a lot of food. This without question, was the greatest food I’ve ever had! The flavour combinations in the dishes were phenomenal, the ingredients used were seasonal, unusual, and fresh. The chef manages to create art on a plate in an environment that is both classy and feels like home. In my opinion, the best restaurant in Malmö!

Absolutely lovely food. Highly recommend. Super cozy environment and really helpful servers. Not a very big space so it can be a little tight but definitely a great option for an intimate dinner or drinks outside in the summer.

If you asked me a week ago I would have said it is the best vegan pizza in town, now I will recommend you to not go here.

This was the second time I have been here, I ordered the same pizza both times, a Vegan pizza called Vege Bianca. This time it was a completly different pizza, the biggest thing is that it didn't have any of the vegan creme fraiche on it, which on this one is the base (it was missing the pizza base!). That made the pizza only taste like chilly oil. The presentation was also worse, the mint leaves that previously was on was now finely shopped and mixed with the melon, they are cutting corners on what's basically a 200kr gourmet pizza.

When we brought the missing ingredients to the servers attention they doubled down and said that the pizza had the creme fraiche on it, even though we showed pictures on how it looked just a week before. We also pointed it out when we payed, looking for some confirmation that we didn't imagining things and maybe getting a "oh we changed the recipe, sorry it wasn't to your taste", but instead they said that it tastes different because they have multiple chefs. Not really acknowledging that it was chili oil bread now, and not the same pizza as before. To their credit when we left they offered to take our names so that we could get the next pizza for free, but as they are so incredibly inconsistent because they have multiple chefs(?!) I will not go here again, so we declined.

Was not looking forward to yet another pizza restaurant, but this was something else. Fried bread with La tur was outstanding. Will be back to try the pizza next time. House red wine was light but taste. Only downside was it was a little cramped in the front but the service was casual but friendly. Will be back again 🙌🙌🙌🙌

The pizza is tasty, already had it twice since Friday before I start a diet! All great options - I wonder if the online ordering app has a button to let people know their order is ready, I was there before it was due and waited and then saw it has been on the counter the whole time but the online ordering app still gave me an expected ready time.
