Small Café with big terrace in the middle of the city but still quite hidden. Modern minimalist interior, good coffee and pastry.

Café Blá - Specialty Coffee Shop

Lovely small Café, with homemade cake. Best Cappuccino in town. And everything is inspired by the home country of the owners: Iceland. Great place.

Napoli Rush

Best Neapolitan Pizza in town by far, with some very creative variations too. Only downside it's only for take away. Also order in advance is highly recommended.

Déjà bu? Gärtnerplatz

Only french wine bar in town. Great bar if you want to enjoy a glass of wine, they have a good selection of the most important classics and regions of France and everything in the affordable price segment. Quality of the wine for the price are very good for Germany. The ambiance is cozy and very basic, but that's the goal of this bar. Just a simple nice wine bar, to enjoy a Glass. In the summer it's much nicer thanks to the Terrace. In the bottle department I can recommend the Pomérol and in the glass the Entre Deux Mers.

Bar Montez

Superbe interior with live Jazz. Unfortunately the quality depends from your bartender, big recommendation for Laura who does an excellent job, especially for creative drinks. Perfect place if you want an very exclusive ambiance with some Jazz. You have to come dress up otherwise you have very little chance to get in and on the weekends it's always booked by their hotel guest already, so avoid these days.

Ory Bar

Very well executed classic Drinks and good selection of specials drinks (Dracula untold being the best of them). The service is excellent and the ambiance is exclusive as are the prices. Only downside is the lack of locals.
