The place is really cool and nice to enjoy nice lunch in the slopes.
A shame service is really bad, they forgot many times what we ordered, food came late and the got confused many times.
Food was nice, but a bit expensive for what It is.

We ordered:

- Onion soup, this one was really good and Big portion.
- Burger Joran
- Pork
- French fried

If it's a Sunny day, ask for a table all over the sun, our table was half shadow-half Sun.

Very busy and way too expensive. They charged us 3€ for a very little piece of bread I got on the side of my self service meal.

The staff here are so kind and helpful. Yesterday I accidentally dropped my phone between two wooden floorboards on the outside terrace. The lovely waitress called the ski patrol, who pulled up the board and retrieved my phone. I really wasn’t expecting that during a busy lunchtime service. I assumed my phone was gone.

Aside from that, we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the sun.

Surprisingly good. Took the ribs with polenta which were very good and the serving was huge!

We were here for a 5-day, 4-night trip.
We discovered this restaurant on our third day and since then, we’ve been coming here every day.

The restaurant is beautiful with great ambiance and interior decoration, in a convenient location. The staffs are nice and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly, the food and dessert are incredibly delicious, with a wide variety to choose from.

We absolutely love this place! Every dish we’ve ordered has been fantastic. My favorite is Bream filet :)

The only downside I noticed is the restroom situation. There is only one for men and one for women which might not be enough for the number of tables in the restaurant.

If I ever come back to Chamonix, I’ll definitely visit this restaurant again.
I highly recommend everyone to try it if you’re visiting here.

Loved everything about our dinner at Joséphine tonight.
The atmosphere, the friendly and efficient service, all of the dishes and drinks we had. Everything was amazing. We're only here 2 more nights, but we might go back.

We came here twice for lunch during a 3 day stay and it was lovely both times. I had the croque monsieur both times and it was absolutely delicious. The food was very good value for money as the restaurant is decorated very nicely and had a good ambience. The servers were all lovely and working extremely hard in the heat. Thank you!!

Highly underrated restaurant.  From the wonderful waitstaff which are friendly and helpful to the great quality of the food.  Here is what we ate there on two occasions.

Visit 1
Nicoise salad - Tuna was fresh, well seasoned and well seared (raw in the middle)

Bread - top 10 we had in France

Visit 2
Escargot - Fresh and tasty.  I wish there were more of the dressing (olive oil and parsley) since its was great to dip the bread into.

Fried smelts - super fresh and large dish my wife ordered.  She ate 50% of it and was very happy.

Veal Schnitzel - Huge fresh portion cooked and seasoned just right. Ate 50% of it and polished it off the next morning :)

Bread - way too good unfortunately.

Wine list is very good also, with several great by the glass selections.

I would not hesistate to go here on your next trip.
