This is a well regarded restaurant, but we did not have an excellent experience. The restaurant was closed for the holidays;  we came right after reopening. So, I assume that is why the food and offerings were a bit limited. The appetizers of mushrooms and croquettes were excellent. However, the main dishes were mediocre and quite expensive. My husband had a lamb dish that he said was inedible( So tough that he could barely eat it). The duck breast was also reportedly tough and very rare. The rareness is not an issue as it was ordered that way, but my colleague said it was a bit hard to eat because it was so sinewy. I had gnocchi, which was tasty but the preparation was strange. It was accompanied by a lot more starch and no other vegetables. The house wine was terrible, and I only say that because I live in Valencia and I  have never been served a wine that was so disappointing at a nice restaurant. We ordered two other bottles of wine that were good, but pricey. Our bill was expensive given the fact that only one our if four people like their food. We are not picky people, but this was off par for Valencia. There are many great restaurants in the city that are far less expensive.

We ate dinner here tonight and arrived at 7pm and we were the first to arrive, we left at 9pm and we were the only people to eat. No atmosphere.
The lady who served us (the only other person we seen) was lovely and very helpful. The food was ok. Now, here’s the thing, a French restaurant in Spain, I had a look at the French and Spanish wine list and settled on a particular red, the wine was served straight out of the fridge rather than room temperature, big no-no.  I ended up with a beer. 65 euros on Wednesday night.

The food was OK, but the price quality ratio is bad for Valencia. The steak tartare was decent. There was too much going on in the duck plate - strange garnish and bad balanced flavours. There was a complete lack of ambience in the restaurant. The place is cute but they played music like raggaeton and bossa nova remixes which doesn't fit a French restaurant, in my opinion. The waitress had no clue about wine although she did go and ask the chef. I would not recommend this place.

We were in Spain for 2 weeks and came across this amazing restaurant in Valencia. The food was absolutely amazing with a wine pairing that was an  exquisite Chardonnay, mussels, salmon, and lamb shoulder, and a wonderful cloud of chocolate mousse for dessert along with espresso. The Chef/owner Guillaume Doll is a master at his craft, his wait person was extremely personable and friendly. A must if you're in Valencia.
