Stopped for late lunch in Old Town. Resto just off the river, sat at the bar, relaxed dining, open kitchen. Had the traditional emulsified salmon with puréed potatoes and peas with a glass of wine. Flavorful and very creamy. Excellent service. Multiple seating areas, patio will be enjoyable in summer.

I wanted to try traditional Swedish cuisine and found this place. I ordered a Wallenbergare (kind waitress recommended it to me) and my cousin took Meatballs. We got free starter - bread with butter&salt (it was really tasty and fresh). Then we got our mine courses. We loved it! It was perfectly made. We can’t show any disadvantages. I strongly recommend this place and imo it deserves more stars :)
