Believed to be a place of worship for pagan Vikings. There are 5 ship-like structures that form the shape of a ship with the exact dates unknown. There is a mound in the middle. It's worth climbing to have an overall view of the place. There is a bus that runs nearby Västerås C that passes by the site. The place doesn't require you to pay a ticket. There is also a cafe there to enjoy coffee after a walk.

You can really feel the presence of history here, impressive mounds and ship settings. The rune stone is also worth a visit! When we visited there was activities like prepare your own yarn from lambswool, learn a Viking board game, practice swords fencing. Not sure how often they do that, but it was very nice and interesting, the kids loved it and now we also have a Viking board game at home.

I thought it was a small boat shaped stone formation like the ones I've seen in Gotland but as I was getting nearer I was amazed to discover that the stones were huge and many. There was also a mound, a rune, several ship shapes (stones laid in the form of a ship to send off the dead) ... The biggest I've seen ever... The whole area is full of archeological treasures...

Good museum for modern alternative art in Amsterdam. The exhibition with Robbie Williams' art was a nice addition. We didn't buy tickets in advance and they were easily buyable on the door. It wasn't busy so you could spend a lot of time with each piece. Free audio guide included by scanning a QR code at the front, listenable on your phone. Cloak room was a 1€ fee per item.

This museum is pretty good - not the best. It is a really fun walk through with some nice exhibits and digital art. We found the basement to be the best part with the interactive art. There was not as much actual modern art upstairs as we would have thought. Still very much worth visiting!

Tickets are quite expensive for this gallery, and for me, I thought there were not many pieces by the contemporary art masters on display. The downstairs immersive art was interesting and very impressive, but I would have appreciated more from the masters. I think if you are a fan of contemporary art, you will be satisfied, but not amazed by this museum. Overall I think the tickets were a bit overpriced for the exhibits.

Excellent, central location in the heart of the city. Helpful, friendly staff.

🔸️ Room
Room was spacious and fresh. There is no thermostat panel to control the room temperature so it can get quite warm but at least there is a standing floor fan that helped with the ventilation.

Our queen bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower worked well and there was a bathtub. Water pressure was good but the mixer can be sensitive and stubborn - so fix your water temperature and stick to it. Changing midway could result in some burning hot water.

🔸️ Breakfast
The breakfast buffet featured a familiar Scandinavian spread with cold and warm selections. The items that stood out for me were the waffles (DIY with the waffle maker), crispy bacon, fresh cheeses, large gluten free corner, a good dark roast for Swedish coffee and fragrant Earl Grey loose leaves for a good cup of tea.

It was easy to find parking in the large underground paid garage that is directly connected to the hotel. Look for Skrapan by Aimo.

Parkin was crazy expensive and super complicated.  Staff was super understanding, super friendly, and super ambitious.  can't complain about Swedish courtesy in any case. Air-conditioning worked well.  beds are good.  there is an instant coffee in the rooms. flat screen TV with HDMI available.  i will definitely reserve again. i entirely forgot to mention awesome included breakfast and a spa I didn't try out.

The room was very clean, but very weirdly it was missing the minibar fridge, also although 1 week ahead of my stay I have talked to 3 people in total 2 in reception and 1 customer support and asked for a room that have a good view but I felt like I got the worst room view of the whole floor I was at.
Breakfast was very basic, nothing impressive and not much options like vegan, gluten free, lactose free, kosher or halal food.
