It's good. Frankly, really good. Room is exquisite. I don't find people that go into places like this all with this self proclaimed critical Asian palate are really all that credible. In all my visits only had one dish that was mildly regrettable, but not necessarily bad. Just a dish I wouldn't order again. Otherwise everything else was really nice.

Went as a group of 8 on a Friday evening. The restaurant was already full by the time we arrived (6pm) so we were lucky to have booked a table.

The food was delicious, especially the Peking duck and BBQ pork. However, I would expect more in terms of portion and flavor, given that the price was way above average.

The servers were nice and helpful in general. We went as a group of 8 so a 21% gratuity was automatically added to the bill as per the rules of the restaurant. Our server did not tell us that extra sauce for the BBQ pork would cost $10, so we were surprised to see that on the bill.

Overall it was a positive experience, but given the price and the food I'll say once is enough.

Lovely ambience and a good overall experience. The smoked black cod and the frog legs were the standout dishes overall and definitely would recommend ordering them if you go. The Peking duck was okay overall; I expected something a bit more special for the price point and experience, but it was still good. Would consider going back in the future to try a different variety of dishes as the standouts above were wonderful.

Mott 32 was quite atmospheric with their old Shanghai style interior design, playing up their posh and boujee feel. Didn't have a chance to try their duck as you will need to reserve a duck the day before dining. Their dishes were, of course, definitely on the pricey side but nonetheless tasty and flavourful. Would recommend their short rib and their signature lobster fried rice. The style is more fusion in my opinion, not quite the traditional Chinese taste.

Detta var vår tredje gången på Mott 32 och den andra på plats i Vancouver. Det var min partner och jag för middag och vi pre - beställde ankan - det gör aldrig besviken! Varit där på en affärsmiddag (fest på 15 ) . Vanligtvis är det svårt att behaga en stor fest antingen för att servicen kan vara långsam eller mat kall etc. Jag njöt helt av maten (esp Peking Duck) och det var inte för högt för en lördag kväll så vi kunde prata. Maten var okej. Klimparna är tysta. Välsmakande vi hade vaktel en. Jag tycker att de är lite överprissatta bra till lunch.

Servicen var långsam , och osammanhängande , peking anka var ok , men på $ 290 det var underväldigande , resten av maten var fet , lammkotletter och kyckling , övergripande dålig

Medan vi hade en härlig tid med vänner, avbröts vårt samtal alltför ofta av en alltför prickig / aggressiv servitör, driva de dyraste alternativen, ignorera våra (ganska ofta) önskemål om att sakta ner tjänsten. Min vän beställde en ganska härlig fransk champagne och hann knappt igenom det första glaset innan maten började komma snabbt och rasande. Första lunchen i Vancouver! Vi åkte till Mott 32 i Trump Tower för en snygg dim sum. Kvaliteten på det kinesiska köket i Vancouver är oslagbar. ? Det fanns så många läckra alternativ, och Mott 32 hade till och med en separat vegetarisk meny med många veganalternativ! Detta var definitivt den bästa dim sum jag någonsin har haft, och Mott 32 hade den bästa servicen och inredningen på någon kinesisk restaurang jag har varit på. Vildsvamp och vattenkastanjklimpar? Vildsvamp och grönsaker vårrullar? Wok stekt broccoli med röda dadlar, gingko nötter och stekt bean ostmassa?

Okej, överdådig kinesisk restaurang, sluta inte. Dyrt och utsökt, ja. Kom hit med en folkmassa, beställde vin och drycker. Hade klimpar och BBQ fläsk att börja. Dumpling var bra. BBQ fläsk var utmärkt, mycket krispig. Strängbönor var inte salt som andra lokala restauranger. Hade stekt ris maträtt, detta måste vara det bästa stekt ris i min erfarenhet. Unfortunately, a server who had neither sat us nor taken our order randomly came up to us to yell at us. She needed the table for 8 pm. It was 7pm at the time, and clearing it out wouldn’t have been a problem. We tried to explain and got rudely cut off. I’ve never met a more rude person at any dining establishment, let alone a senior staff member. We specifically picked the terrace because the vibe looked nice and it ended up ruining our evening. Avoid!

The food was good but the service was awful, one of the worst experiences that I ever had in my life. The waitress basically acted like she did want to serve us and we had to keep asking to get even the basic service. She did everything with an annoyed demeanour. When we wanted to order dessert, the waitress did not give us the menu. We waited for 10 minutes and then she came back and told us we had to leave the table because we were 30 min over our time slot. However, when we were leaving, we noticed several other empty tables and no one was waiting to get seated. This waitress basically decided to get rid of us even if we weren't done with our dinner. It was horrible.
