We came to Awasi to have dinner which was not possible.. This was okay, because we didn’t have a reservation and we were not guest of the hotel.
Nevertheless we had flat tire when driving up to the restaurant. Unfortunately the manager refused help to us. Instead we got offered a tour to have a look at the property which was obviously ridiculous in our situation.

Myself and a few friends were lucky enough to stay at Awasi Patagonia for 5 nights. The rooms were top notch. Beverage program and food was spectacular as well - some of the best we have ever had at a Relais Chateau property. Great use of local ingredients. The icing on the cake was the private guides and excursions. It was so easy to do anything we wanted in the park and surrounding area. Thank you Awasi!!

We stayed at Awasi for 6 nights during early March, 2024 and every excursion, every meal, every detail of our villa was perfection!

We appreciate the variety and crafting meals based local and traditional fare, but also providing several alternative options if we wanted something simpler. Also, thank you for providing such tasty and satisfying food for our hikes!
Thank you to the housekeeping team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our room cozy and clean! We appreciate the attention to detail. The snack and drink options were always restocked in the morning and evening. I loved having our tea and coffee water filled and ready. I appreciated having the towels laid out on the floor to keep our feet warm. Thank you for always keeping the outdoor hot tub hot and ready and thank you for starting our fire in our room before we returned from dinner so it was warm and inviting. Finally, thank you for the nightly surprises left in our room! It’s a sweet and simple touch, but it made for a very unique and inviting stay!
In conclusion , Awasi itself is in a stunning location! We loved looking at the Torres del Paine towers and the surrounding landscape. Our villa had a comfortable bed and sitting area where we could enjoy the view and read a good book. We also appreciated the yoga mats. A good addition so we could stretch on our lazy days or after our long hike.

Awasi Patagonia is well settled among all those beautiful mountains. A clear scene of 3 towers of Torres del Paine. Everyday this scenery is different. Sometimes is clear sky, sometimes is covering with clouds, maybe with a rainbow or maybe with a red sunlight.

Very breathtaking landscape we would say. It is just like we are camping in a middle of nowhere in Patagonia. However we stay ih a nice master villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, one outdoor balcony, one outdoor hot tub and one comfortable living room with a real fireplace.

All amenities with bath gel, bath salt, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided. A master bedroom has a bath tub, a rain shower, a toilet with a bidet. We have heaters in every room, even our bathrooms.

Beds are comfortable. Every window has wooden door to be close during the night. Awasi has both turn down service and room service. We can call 100 to the front desk anytime if we need anything.

A coffee machine with coffee pods. A fridge with complimentary drinks, including milk and wine.

We saw some animals passing by our villa eg.  a puma, a fox , some hares, eagles, etc. Amazing.

Hot water is nice in this cold weather. Tap water is not recommended to drink. Awasi gives us as many water bottles as we would ask for.

Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Thank to Gus and Vivi for your care. Thank to Christian, he is excellent in offering us delicious food from the chef. Thank to Dario, Ignacio and Patricio for our drinks. Ignacio is very creative. Thank to Annie, Valeria, Aileen and Bastian for your great care at the restaurant. Gabriela is a friendly wine lady. Thank for all those nice wine.

Special and big thank to Anto, our private guide. She is awesome. Our activities here are fun. We have our own car for the whole stay.

I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible our experience at Awasi Patagonia was but I will try my best. My husband and I are not from wealthy backgrounds and used our honeymoon fund to cover most of the expenses. It was worth every penny. I have never experienced such attention to detail and personalized service. From check in to check out, you were made to feel so special. The lodge is exquisite. The food amazing. The wine and cocktails unique and delicious. Excursions were incredible and at times I was overcome with emotion with the beauty of Torres del Paine. Everyone was so friendly and we were (and still are since we checked out this morning!) overcome with emotion when we had to say goodbye to everyone. From late night conversations with the guest relations manager Zaith, to the jokes and Spanish practice we had at the bar with Alejandro, the warm smiles we had from Annie and Valerie during meals, and the genuine positive energy and conversations we had with our sommelier Gabriella, we will never forget all of the employees that made this the trip of a lifetime. Of course there were others as well that we will never forget but I would need to write a novel to mention everyone. Our guide Tania was absolutely perfect for us. Incredibly informative, kind, funny, and made us feel so comfortable. We loved spending our lunches out in the park talking about all aspects of life with her. We were so sad saying goodbye when she dropped us off at the airport. We will never forget our time with her and the incredible memories we made. There are so many people behind the scenes that made our stay incredible that we unfortunately never met, nevertheless we think of them and are so appreciative of their work. Thank you Awasi for the trip of a lifetime. We will never forget you.
