Had an amazing stay here!  It’s a five star hotel at the price of a three star. Love the bohemian decor. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Feels like staying at a private villa without the expensive price. A short walk to the beach but honestly some days you might just want to stay at the pool and enjoy the grounds. The staff was also very helpful, friendly and hospitable!  They arranged massages for us on the grounds and let us rent their moped. Dina and her team are running an incredible place. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Bingin Beach!

We had a great 5 night stay here. The staff were friendly and quick to provide service. The rooms and common areas were well kept and made for a peaceful escape. The location was a perfect short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Breakfast onsite was simple but delicious. Would recommend a stay here.

First of all, it must be said that the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was also good with the beach and restaurants nearby. But we cannot recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in need of renovation in many places, which is not conveyed in the pictures posted. We also left after 1 night (instead of 4) for the following reasons. Our economy room was small and looked more like a tree hut with no insulation and old boards. That's why it was very noisy at night and very bright early in the morning. The tiny bathroom with toilet and shower stank all the way into the room and in the evening the toilet suddenly stopped flushing. The room scent placed in the room and previous reviews suggest that the odor problem has existed for some time. The shower had a leak, the water pressure was almost non-existent and the water was salty. The wifi was unreliable, slow and not available in the room at all. Contrary to the description, there was no safe in the room. We don't know what the other room categories are like. For us, another overnight stay was out of the question. On a positive note, we were offered breakfast in the morning and the remaining nights were refunded.

This hotel is fine if you don’t book the superior room! You can get hotels just as nice in the area for a better price though. We really wanted to love this place but unfortunately we had to cut our 4 night stay down to 1 night and find a new place to stay. We booked the superior room but the sewage smell was so bad we couldn’t stay in the room even one night. We tried to cover the drain from the smell but it was too much even then. The rooms are very dated, the aircon was also leaking in the superior room and there were bugs everywhere due to holes in the roof and door. We had our own mosquito net so we put this up but the smell got too much for us. Eventually they moved us to a deluxe room for one night which was lovely and would say this room is pleasant to stay in. Initially we were told we would have to pay to be upgraded which we weren’t too pleased about as it wasn’t really our choice to move as the room was impossible to stay in, but the next morning they agreed to honour the price of the initial booked room. This was only available for one night so we had no choice but to move hotels. I must add the woman on reception was sincere and apologetic and very empathetic towards our situation. She was lovely! I can’t help but feel this wasn’t the first time they’ve had this issue. The superior room really needs sorting rather than masking with toxic air fresheners.

Don’t believe the bad reviews! I managed to book 3 nights here very last minute (the day of!) and absolutely loved it here! All the staff were so welcoming and helpful, Catrine in particular was so so kind !! I stayed in the deluxe double room and had no issues with a bathroom smell that other reviews have stated. The room was clean, well kept and the air con worked well enough (towels and bikinis dried quickly). Overall I would recommend this hotel, I think some of these reviews are outdated and lots of work has been done to improve this hotel! Would definitely stay again :)
