Amazing food (especially the maguro sashimi and the the yellowtail cutlet).

予約困難になりつつある。
アラカルトで注文。ほとんどが1000円以上。
値段相応の味。メニューの名のまんま、スタンダードのものがでてくる。ハズレなく好きなものを頼んで飲みたい人にオススメ。

創作性や、独創性を求める人には向かない。

全体的に味は濃い目。アルコールのツマミとしてはいいのかも。最初にスープをいただけるのだけど、それが結構クセ強め。酒粕なのだろうけど、呑めない人間にはキツい。
最後のお茶は燻されたお茶で、タバコのような匂いがする。飲んだら普通。ただ匂いはタバコの吸殻水の臭い。喫煙者だから余計に最後の〆にはキツい。

Order a la carte. Most are over 1000 yen.
Taste worth the price. As the name of the menu suggests, standard items come out. Recommended for people who want to order and drink what they like without any hesitation.

It is not suitable for people who seek creativity or originality.

Overall the taste is strong. It might be good as a snack for alcohol. First you get soup, but it's quite addictive. It's probably sake lees, but it's tough on people who can't drink.
The last tea is smoked tea and smells like cigarettes. It's normal after drinking. However, the smell is that of cigarette butts and water. I'm a smoker, so it's even tougher at the end.

何を食べても美味しいですし、何より接客も良く、スタッフさんの愛想が良いです！

Whatever I eat is delicious, and above all, the customer service is good and the staff are very friendly!

三連休1日目…土曜日の夜に伺いました。
五条の古民家改装、まだオープンして一年経っていない新しいお店です。
まず雰囲気が最高に良く、カウンターのタイル、さりげなく流れる音楽、飾らない感じがすごく良いです。
料理は凝りすぎず、素材が生きる感じで飲み物も文句なし！
しかも提供まで待たせず、頼んだ料理を出す順番もちゃんと考えられている。
季節で変わると思いますが、今回（9月末）は本カツオのタタキ、鰆のレアカツが絶品。
派手さはないかもしれないけど…これこれ！これで良い、凝らなくて良い😃
この絶妙なシンプル加減が、また来たいと思わせるんだろうな。
店を切り盛りするお二人の人柄も良く、1人で行っても満足できる…そんな名店だと思います！

I visited on Saturday night, the first day of a three-day weekend.
This is a new store that has been renovated from an old private house in Gojo and has only been open for a year.
First of all, the atmosphere is great, the tiles on the counter, the music playing casually, and the unadorned feel.
The food is not too elaborate, the ingredients come alive and the drinks are perfect!
What's more, they don't make you wait until the food is served, and the order in which the ordered dishes are served is carefully thought out.
I think it changes depending on the season, but this time (end of September) the seared bonito and rare mackerel cutlet were exquisite.
It may not be flashy, but...this is it! This is fine, you don’t have to get too elaborate😃
I guess this exquisite simplicity will make you want to come back again.
The two people who run the store have great personalities, and you can feel satisfied even if you go alone...I think this is a famous store!
