My wife and I recently visited Burnt Ends and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and each brought their own personality to the service by offering genuine recommendations from the menu. It was refreshing to see staff genuinely share their thoughts, unlike other places where suggestions can feel a bit rehearsed.

We went steak-heavy and ordered 250g of the flat iron and 250g of the Blackmores strip loin, both cooked to perfection at medium rare. Each cut was flavorful and perfectly seared, showcasing the quality and skill at Burnt Ends. One highlight was a special off-menu item we tried – the beef marmalade with house pickles (pictured). I highly recommend it for anyone dining here; it’s an experience all its own.

To accompany the meal, we shared a bottle of Singaporean craft beer, which paired deliciously with the rich flavors of the steaks.

Overall, Burnt Ends ticks all the boxes for a memorable dining experience. The only downside? Due to its popularity, securing a reservation here takes time, so plan well in advance. Also, keep in mind that this place is definitely on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it.

First time here and like everyone else we came in with high expectations considering all the hype and rave reviews about this place, not forgetting the challenge in getting a table here.

Overall, service was good, Jane, Bock and the team were very helpful and friendly with sharing about the menu and wines. Food was generally decent but there were hits and misses across the items that we ordered. The flat iron steak, pork, bone marrow, octopus, burnt cheesecake and marshmallow were very well executed and each outstanding in its own. However everything else was just alright.

Would recommend Burnt Ends as a must try at least once kind of place but personally we felt that the food couldn't justify the price.

The best fine dining experience hands down. We decided to do the chef's select and my god it did not disappoint.

Had the most amazing anniversary dinner here with my partner. Every dish we ordered from the menu and off the menu was executed superbly by the team. Each meat was cooked flawlessly, with the inside juicy and tender full of umami flavour. The king crab as garlic brown butter is a MUST!(Tip: ask for a side of sourdough bread to scoop up that delicious sauce with)

If I could give 10 stars to the service team - Richard, Vincent and others, I would. They went over and above from remembering details of our dietary requirements, perfect-to-the-t food recommendations, to the complimentary anniversary shots and pastries. When my partners pigeon had some texture issues, they didn’t even bring it out, and told us apologetically that they had to redo it. The service recovery was a salt pepper pork that was so heavenly we almost fell off our chairs (this needs to be on the menu!)
