Disappointing service at St. Regis front desk.

We came here happily for a staycation, redeeming one night’s stay with AMEX Platinum charge card, which we also paid a top-up for.

We were asked to email the photo proof of the physical voucher during reservation.

At the moment of check-in, we were asked to present the physical voucher. After AMEX came to a solution of getting St Regis to give us an extension on passing them the physical voucher on another day, St Regis was highly inflexible and insisted on us coming back to the hotel to present the voucher on Sunday and the latest on Monday, despite us saying that we had already made plans… in a nutshell, it was all on the customer to change their plans while they would have the advantage of holding the deposit on the card.

Is this the St Regis hospitality?

Name of the manager is Daisy. We wish for better empathy and also flexibility…. And definitely better hospitality from such an esteemed hotel brand.

What is the worst thing that could have happened? If we don’t return with the physical voucher, you will go ahead and charge the deposit.. but now because of this you have lost a customer forever, and imagine the possible lifetime value of the customer.

My stay at the St. Regis Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the elegant atmosphere to the exceptional service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special shout-out to Alícia, who was friendly and kind, making my experience even better. The rooms were luxurious, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable. I truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!

A relatively recent addition to Singapore this iteration of New York's St. Regis brand offers a wonderful location at the heart of Orchard Road shopping, plus signature butler service and a professional staff befitting its 5-star standing.  A large space with nearly 300 rooms, the 24/7 gym frequently packed during peak hours, prices run higher than other similarly rated hotels and the fact that neither restrooms nor the steam room in the fitness area are available until 10h00 falls short of expectations.

Very great hotel and excellent well-trained service-mind staffs. Overall experience was fantastic. Got one minor service issue but the manager handled things very well that I felt comfortable that the situation was only one staff's attitude and not the team. Definitely will recommend everyone to stay here. Great facilities and amenities. I got to use the gym too. Not huge but very complete.

Without question, the St. Regis Singapore is THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.  I was in Singapore on business, so my travel department booked my room, but when I say my room was LUXURIOUS, that word doesn't do it justice.  Not even all of the pictures I took really convey the experience of getting off work and going to my room and not wanting to see the city, but rather desiring simply staying in and relaxing.  The bed was so comfortable and I slept very, very well in it.  The best word I can come up with in describing this hotel room is palatial.  I truly felt like a visiting dignitary, and the service was absolutely impeccable.
