제철생선으로 구성된 일식과 양식의 그 중간 어디쯤~ 색다르게 구현한 한 점의 요리와 접시보는 재미가 있는 집^^

제철 쭈꾸미로 만든 크림포테이토수프로 시작. 크림인가 참치인가~ 부드러운 참치 타르타르. 토마토소스에 짭짤한 캐비어를 얹어 감칠맛 폭탄. 자연산 복어를 쪄내 바질, 마늘 오일과 완두콩. 제철 새조개와 상큼한 민트젤리를 얹은 봄철 나물. 봄이 입안에 들어온듯하다. 숯불에 정성을 들여 구운 시라코. 부드러운 크림모찌를 먹는듯한 맛. 매콤하고 농밀한 육수맛이 기막힘. 그냥 먹어도 맛있는 갈치구이를 포항초 페스토를 올려 업그레이드. 노하우로 바삭하게 숯불에 구운 민물장어와 찹쌀을 말은 시그니처 마끼. 최고다! 장어밤퓨레의 달콤함과 갑각류소스의 감칠맛을 두른 금태구이. 모래조개로 만든 우스터소스를 두른 옥돔구이. 쫄깃한 버섯과 크리스피한 옥돔. 디저트는 얼그레이와 페코리노 올린 판나코타.

기회만 된다면 계속 먹고 싶은 곳.

Somewhere between Japanese and Western food made with seasonal fish~ A place where you can enjoy a unique dish and a plate of dishes ^^

Start with cream potato soup made with seasonal octopus. Cream or tuna? Soft tuna tartare. Tomato sauce topped with salty caviar for an umami bomb. Steamed wild puffer fish with basil, garlic oil and peas. Spring vegetables topped with seasonal cockles and refreshing mint jelly. It feels like spring has entered my mouth. Shirako carefully grilled over charcoal. It tastes like eating soft cream mochi. The spicy and dense flavor of the broth is amazing. Upgrade the delicious grilled cutlassfish by adding Pohang Elementary School pesto. Our signature maki made with freshwater eel and glutinous rice grilled over crispy charcoal using our know-how. It's the best! Grilled Geumtae coated with the sweetness of eel chestnut puree and the richness of crustacean sauce. Grilled tilefish coated with Worcestershire sauce made from sand clams. Chewy mushrooms and crispy tilefish. Dessert was panna cotta topped with Earl Gray and pecorino.

This is a place I want to eat again and again if I get the chance.

한 달에 한 번씩 가고 싶은 맛 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
각 플레이트마다 소스 개성이 무척 강한데 그만큼 매력적이에요!!!
특히 날 음식 안 좋아하시는 분들께서도 좋아하실 것 같아요~
일식 재료(생선/해산물)를 양식 스타일로 조리해서 내오는데 넘 맛있어요^^

주변에서의 애매한 평을 접해서인지 기대치가 많이 낮았던 상황에서 방문.
국물요리랑 소스들은 예상외로 맛이 좋았는데, 재료각각의 퀄리티는 스시야에 못 미치는 수준.
너무 겹치는 재료를 많이 사용하는 것도 아쉬움. 9품중 3가지가 대구요리.
셰프를 비롯한 스탭들은 친절하기는 한데 서비스는 어딘지 모르게 빈틈이 느껴짐.
솥밥의 경우도 주문전에 오늘 솥밥은 뭐냐고 물었을때 장어라고 했는데 굴대게솥밥이 나옴. 내가 굴을 안 좋아하기 때문에 굴솥밥인줄 알았으면 주문 안했을 듯.
솥밥 맛 자체도 수분이 과했는지 쌀알질감이 좋지 않았음.

I visited with very low expectations, perhaps because I had heard ambiguous reviews from people around me.
The soup and sauces were unexpectedly delicious, but the quality of each ingredient was not up to par with sushi restaurants.
It is also unfortunate that too many overlapping materials are used. 3 out of 9 dishes are cod dishes.
The staff, including the chef, are friendly, but the service somehow feels lacking.
In the case of pot rice, when I asked before ordering what the pot rice was for today, I said eel, but I got oyster crab pot rice. Since I don't like oysters, I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known it was oyster pot rice.
The taste of the pot rice itself was probably due to too much moisture, but the texture of the rice grains was not good.

정말 황홀한 경험을 할수 있습니다.
여기보다 맛있고 예쁜 음식은 먹어본적이 없습니다.
