We had an awesome experience at SuriyanChandra Restaurant in Ayutthaya, Thailand. This beautiful riverside restaurant serves some authentic and delicious Thai cuisine and desserts. While waiting for the boat ride, we were served an array of Thai snacks and desserts. Then you get to taste more unique Thai food and drinks during the river tour. And the setup for dinner was so beautiful with the nice and relaxed ambiance, the orchids, the chandeliers and lighting, the beautifully presented food all deserved a praise. The staff were friendly and attentive. Amazing service, excellent Michelin starred food, nice atmosphere… we had an amazing time here!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Great for a family trip as they also take you on a boat tour(for a price)
Food is a bit too much on the sweet side and you can pretty much get more tasty-authentic Thai food elsewhere.
The place still worth a visit though if you are already in Ayutthaya sightseeing, it’s not too far from the main attraction in the city but don’t expect anything from their food.

Was served a myriad of authentic Thai food. Atmosphere was quaint and relaxed. Boat trip after the lunch was also a relaxing way to spend the afternoon, but the view was monotonous and perhaps not the most exciting way to be on a boat for 2 hours... A pleasant experience nonetheless.
