OMG! This place is spectacular, in every way!  Not only is the hotel stunningly beautiful, but the service is impeccable as well.  The staff is incredibly professional and kind at every level. Specifically we loved the service we received from the manager, Deepanshu, the host, Noushad and Servers Ryka & Faye.  They, and really all the staff, were so welcoming and willing to answer tons of questions -  and make our trip so very special. Besides having a gigantic pool oasis,  the beach is steps away and great for walks and shelling!  Many, many thanks to the team at The One and Only Palm Dubai!

Wow

The best hotel in Dubai!!!!

We had the most amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! The rooms were clean and super luxurious! The new pool is amazing would highly recommended! A special mention to Sujith our butler who made our stay. Was super caring and made sure we were always happy he made our holiday he was a credit to the One and Only! Also the management team were super Justine and Rahul were super and couldn’t do enough for us!

Thank you to everyone and we look forward to returning next year 😎

The room was very nice, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue but it been solved immediately.
However, what truly made the stay special was the staff. Most of the employees were from India and the Philippines, and they were absolutely exceptional. Thanks to them, the stay was more than worthwhile.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, it’s located at the extreme end of the palm, and consequently is very remote and quiet. I really had an amazing stay, mainly due to the fact that the hotel wasn’t very crowded as it was August and it felt really relaxing to stay there. I really enjoyed their gym that has state of the art equipments, the a la carte menu for breakfast and the adult only swimming pool Zafina which water is so fresh. Service is almost impeccable, the staff don’t ask for your room number, they make an effort to remember your name, they offer to help if they see you needing a ride. The only thing I have to say is that they need to ensure consistent quality across butlers, as my experience wasn’t the best with that and maybe extending the spa would be helpful too. Other than that, it’s a 5*.

A stylish, ultra luxurious escape from the Dubai madness. Arabian style buildings, gardens, ponds and pools are truly a sight for the eyes. The staff are brilliant and there is a sense of space and privacy you do t often get. The views over the water, towards the city and elsewhere are fabulous. We stayed at the Jumiera Medinat recently and this was, in our opinion, far better and about the same cost - perhaps even lower. We will be back for sure.
