Très belle découverte dans un très bel endroit.  Les plats sont de qualité en terme de saveur et de présentation. Petit bémol sur le service qui manque d'expérience.

Pour commencer cette expérience il faut direque lors de la réservation,  nous avions signalé une PMR.
Du coup, à notre arrivée un chauffeur est arrivé au parking dans un véhicule électrique pour nous conduire au restaurant qui était un peu plus loin.
L'accueil fut impeccable à tout points de vue.
Une fois le menu choisi  tout ne fut que régal tant pour les yeux que pour les papilles gustatives avec le descriptif des plats servis.
Si vous en avez la, possibilités prenez l'option des vins, le sommelier est top et à l'écoute.
Nous avons été enchantés de cette expérience gastronomique et du personnel.
À notre départ le chauffeur était la pour nous reconduire à notre véhicule.

To begin this experience it must be said that when booking, we had reported a PRM.
So, when we arrived, a driver arrived at the parking lot in an electric vehicle to take us to the restaurant which was a little further away.
The welcome was impeccable in every way.
Once the menu was chosen, everything was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds with the description of the dishes served.
If you have the options, take the option of wines, the sommelier is great and attentive.
We were delighted with this gastronomic experience and the staff.
When we left, the driver was there to take us back to our vehicle.

Très bonne expérience culinaire. Qualité et fraîcheur sont au rendez-vous. Seul petit bémol le service un peu en dessous par rapport à la cuisine. Mention spéciale au sommelier qui était très convivial et d'excellents conseils !

Globalement une belle expérience, mais je relève des points positifs et certaines choses qui pourraient s’améliorer. Le positif d’abord: un acceuil chaleureux du Chef, très présent en salle et qui parle facilement avec les clients. Le sommelier très sympa également, on sent des gens faciles d’accès et qui travaillent avec humilité. Top. Le cadre est agréable, mention spéciale pour les assises (banquettes coussins chaises très beaux très confortables), la vaisselle, l’esthétique générale, conçue avec goût. Dans l’assiette, 3 entrées plutôt bien réussies, mais un plat de volaille que j’ai trouvé un peu en-dessous (salé, certains éléments surcuits, certaines tailles imprécises (gras résiduel)). La carte des vins est jeune (comme le resto, donc on comprend!). Cependant de belles références, et une mention spéciale pour les prix qui sont contenus (souvent des coefficients autour de 2, ce qui n’est pas exagéré et permet d’oser se lancer facilement à la carte). Les références sont bien pensées et il y a moyen de trouver facilement de bons accords. Beaucoup de vin belge aussi, même si nous sommes restés plus classiques ce soir entre l’Alsace et la Loire.

Overall a great experience, but I see some positives and some things that could improve. The positive first: a warm welcome from the Chef, who is very present in the room and who speaks easily with customers. The sommelier is also very nice, we feel people who are easy to approach and who work with humility. Great. The setting is pleasant, special mention for the seats (very beautiful, very comfortable benches, cushions, chairs), the crockery, the general aesthetic, tastefully designed. On the plate, 3 rather successful starters, but a poultry dish that I found a little subpar (salty, some elements overcooked, some imprecise sizes (residual fat)). The wine list is young (like the restaurant, so we understand!). However, great references, and a special mention for the prices which are contained (often coefficients around 2, which is not exaggerated and allows you to easily dare to start à la carte). The references are well thought out and it is easy to find good agreements. Lots of Belgian wine too, even if we remained more classic this evening between Alsace and the Loire.
