I highly recommend the Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel. The high-quality service is clearly a result of effective management. Almost every staff member clearly understands their responsibilities, providing guests with pleasantly surprising service. The lady at the front desk with black-rimmed glasses gave us very thorough recommendations for sightseeing and dining, with incredibly attentive service. We will be back!

Everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. They had all the amenities that we needed. The gym was great and the breakfast was superb. Everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.

Very disappointed by this hotel and the “beach” restaurant

Marketing is amazing because when you arrive, the hotel is just a motel with nearly no view but on a lost parking lot,

The facilities looks like they are dating from the 50s

The beach doesn’t exist and is not accessible : at best you can jump in the see from a wall

Food at the restaurant is very low quality for Italia

Service was bad

The village around is VERY poor without any interest

I won’t return. It’s a marketing trap

We spent 4 nights and days here last week and had a fabulous experience. The hotel is beautiful and medium sized so it’s easy to get around. The setting is gorgeous with a beautiful pool, luxurious seating and direct access to the beach also. The staff is the best. They are so friendly and helpful and we feel like we got to know many of them too. They are the happiest hotel staff/ team I have ever experienced. We are grateful for Matteo, Patrizia, Roberto and Jilda. Breakfast offers everything too. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for a long weekend to explore Puglia and had an amazing experience. The hotel is perfectly located geographically in the centre of the region with all of the places to visit being a convenient drive. Also, the hotel opens out on to a very clean and beautiful beach. A real plus compared to the other five star hotels in the region. Facilities are excellent, food is delicious and the rooms have a relaxed luxury vibe. The boutique selling lovely linen clothes and other well-curated items is a plus. But the real star at this property is the staff. We stay at many hotels and I think here they strike the perfect balance of care, attention, friendliness and helpfulness. Their local knowledge is exceptional. Don’t plan your trip beforehand, just ask the staff once you arrive and they will help with every detail! I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. One of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure to stay at!
