Beautiful, unpretentious, and delicious.  Food was simple but had amazing depth and flavor. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was busy and casual. The open kitchen is beautiful. Best meal we’ve had in Italy.

Superb lunch
Food was superb and the service was thoughtful - we were passing through on the way to the airport and had one of our finest lunches in Florence. The combinations were refreshing with each dish seeming to have a wonderful twist or surprise. Beautifully balanced but impactful flavours. We were a group of seven and everyone enjoyed the meal immensely. I forgot to take pictures but the empty dessert bowls tell their own story…

Best food we had in Florence! Such a beautiful cool restaurant tucked away from Florence’s hectic centre. Small menu full of unexpected combinations but that felt rooted in traditional Italian cooking. Staff were also extremely friendly and patient explaining each dish in English for us. Really delicious wine and really good value for a special meal.
