The restaurant serves fusion Vietnamese food.  Food was very nicely elaborated based on good products.  However the portion is ridiculously small.  Be sure you go there with half-full stomach or else be prepared to spend a good fortune.  There are only two choices of dishes of good size for sharing.  All the other dishes are so tiny that each of us (three) could only get a small bite.  I never never seen such a small papaya salad.  The fried spring roll was no good at all.

We had an amazing and authentic Vietnamese lunch experience at Minh Mat. We tried the spring rolls, frog legs, rolled lamb, mussels, and buffalo, each dish bursting with incredible flavor showing they went the extra mile to bring in flavors directly from Vietnam. The attention to detail in both the food and the restaurant's decor made our meal special. We finished with Vietnamese coffee brewed in a traditional filter, which was a perfect ending. Above all, it was our true pleasure to be welcomed by a lovely and kind lady. We were truly impressed and will definitely be back!

As a Vietnamese, I can say that the dishes I had taste exactly how I had them back in Vietnam. I was surprised to see the frog dish, didn’t think I could have it here. Cozy interior. The lady host is super nice and lovely. Very attentive staff making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. We had a lovely time here, thank you!
