Definitely a unique spot with an interesting activity. Went for the diy biscuit decorating which was somewhere in the £60 range for 2 people which I do think was decent value but we only got to decorate 3 biscuits each. It was good fun the staff were friendly and it was a really chill spot to be. We were given an hour slot when booking but were allowed to stay much longer because it was quite empty. Can’t blame the staff but it sounded like they were excavating batmans cave below us the entire time which was obviously far from ideal. Aside from the diy biscuits themselves, we got carrot cake (top 5 I’ve ever had( I’ve tried a lot )) a hot chocolate with all the trimmings which was really good, a pumpkin spice latte and cream tea scones which were also good (made fresh with a 15 minute wait) cool place, good service and about as expensive as you’d expect. 8.8/10

I was at this store a couple of weeks ago when I was in London. The girl at the counter was super friendly and very helpful. The store itself is very cute and there is a cafe section behind the counter which I initially wasn’t aware of. In the spirit of Wimbledon I absolutely loved the tennis themed cookies and decorated shop window. The cookies are a terrific gift idea. There are many themes and packages to choose from as well.

What a cute and beautiful place. The interior makes this place special. Fresh made cakes, great cafe and very good service. Truly recommend.

Update:  I am changing my review as I feel Biscuiteers have now resolved my issue satisfactorily.  It took quite a while for them to get in touch but they refunded me and sent more expensive biscuits out to my nana. I do feel they need to look at their customer service, especially over the busy Christmas period.

Absolutely atrocious service. They have gone from being absolutely amazing supplying beautiful biscuits promptly and efficiently, to delivering the biscuits I ordered for my 100-year-old Nana to completely the wrong address. This was on the 21st of December. I think they have been overwhelmed with business and have completely let their customer services slip. I have sent numerous emails left numerous voicemails as no one ever answers the phone, I have posted on social media but to no avail. If there isn't an amazing response shortly I will be closing my account and not using them again I will find an alternative provider of this kind of gift. So completely an utterly disappointed.
