Joella's continues to be a clutch food option for my family. What we've ordered the last few visits: the Joella's Family Dinner Deal. For $30, you get 12 Nuggz, 6 tenders, 4 sides, 4 sauces and 4 drinks. This more than feeds my family of two adults and two kiddos. And for spice level, we usually go with the Southern (no heat) for the Nuggz and Ella's Fav for the tenders. We can get juice boxes for the drinks, so everyone is happy. Joella's has a great app and online ordering system. The food is always ready for pick-up in 20-25 minutes. No complaints. This is an easy dinner that everyone eats.

I have heard of Joella's over the years and never stopped in until recently. What really prompted this visit was 2 things: A recent Yelp Elite event that I couldn't make and having coupons from a fundraiser book I purchased from a friend. The coupon was $5 off of $25. Parking is small in the front but we had no issues. We go inside and place our order at the counter beings there is no table service. I ordered the hot nuggets with fries and ranch my friend ordered chicken tenders with fries and ranch. They give you a number and you take it to your table and they bring it to you. They had the windows open so we had to keep everything from blowing everywhere. We did get our food in a good amount of time. My nuggets definitely had a kick to them but they were some of the best I had in a long time, I was definitely not ready for Fire in da hole. My liked the chicken tenders. We left with full bellies and happy. Getting out of the parking lot was a challenge and that was the kicker along with having the windows open and stuff blowing everywhere, other than that no complaints.

Thanks to Joella's for participating in National Nurse's Day & giving away a free meal! That's so cool! My gf is a hard-working nurse and I see how grueling the career can be... it brought a BIG smile to see her get a free: 2-piece chicken tender + side + dipping sauce + drink. The restaurant followed Miss Ella's printed quote on their interior wall: "Honey, always do the right thing!" It's well deserved... support and compliment your nurse friends!!

Had a wonderful dinner her. Their chicken is amazing, perfect crisp on the outside and juicy chicken that pulls easily on the inside. I've tried a few of their spice levels and find "Tweeter" to be the perfect subtle heat without making your nose drip or tongue burn. I also tried their french fries (thin shoe string cut) and mac and cheese and enjoyed both. For dessert, their banana pudding is a MUST. everything tasted fantastic and even reheated well the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful when ordering and the restaurant was clean. Can't remember this place enough!

Joelle's is here for all your hot chicken needs! The restaurant is a quick service style and was clean, well kept. The staff were friendly and greeted us. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and surprisingly there wasn't anyone there. I tried the Ella's Fav which was not the least spicy but this had no spice whatsoever, still delicious but I expected some level of spice; the coleslaw was great. I look forward to visiting again and trying a higher spice level!

Joella's was exactly what I was hoping for when visiting Kentucky for some fried chicken! It hit the spot and was super affordable - we did the derby deal and got 25 tenders to feed our 7 friends, we were all full and satisfied! The chicken was crispy, well flavored, had a little kick, and tender on the inside. I loved how much dipping sauce they gave on the side as well, no tender was eaten dry! We had the honey mustard and ranch which were both classic and creamy. We also ordered the fried pickles which I surprisingly loved as someone who doesn't usually like pickles - perfectly crisp and sour. We were met with such kind southern hospitality upon arrival - they were running a bit behind on our order and gave us some free drinks while we waited (which was not long). The inside of the restaurant was very casual and clean.
