I went here for Mother’s Day with my family, it was the last reservation of the night. We were running late and running frantic but as soon as we walked through the door the staff was very understanding and courteous. The food was sublime and unique! The chef also served us a specialty dish to try, which was succulent to the last crumb. Turns out we were the best customers of the day because of how much fun we all were having. I would always refer this elegant gem whether it’s for business or for pleasure.

I never do reviews but this place was amazing. Chef Cliff and the wait staff were over the top. I cannot say enough about the food and the service. The chef came out to talk to us and was so nice!!  The staff was very attentive to even pour your water. Kudos to this restaurant. Best I have ever been to!  The steak melted in your mouth. The dessert was so rich!  The truffle mashed potatoes were so creamy. Just a delight. If you are ever in NYC, this place is a must.

Loved, loved, loved this place. From the atmosphere, the service and not least the DELICIOUS steak. This will definitely remains on my list of NYC restaurants for our next visit. The steak was cooked perfectly and the seasoning, sear were on point. They also served some amazing gruyere bread, that I wish I could have taken home in the bucket loads.
Overall, highly recommend.

BLT STEAK is a contemporary American steakhouse that serves up a variety of cuts  of fine beef and other meaty dishes. located on East 57th Street. the interior has a modern classy air—comfy bar in the front and a fairly large dining area with a variety of seating options. the vibe feels post-work business-y to date nights to celebratory get-togethers.

had dinner with family, recently. we ordered a variety of dishes. started with the tuna tartare which was excellent—fresh tuna & rich and flavorful. the complimentary popover rolls are served warm with soft butter—and are a tasty vehicle of carbs and fat. for my main, ordered a medium-rare Cowboy Steak (bone-in Prime Ribeye) — the steak was just okay/good and was cooked to medium. the steak didn’t have a great beef-forward flavor. most of the flavor came from the complimentary red wine sauce (there are other sauce choices). the creamed spinach side was really good; the French fries were crispy and tasty; and the Brussel Sprouts + bacon were just okay.

while our server was friendly, the service was kinda sub-par. drink orders was super slow like it took 20 minutes to get a glass of wine. there were multiple errors in orders that eventually got corrected. however the problems continued to when the check came and the wrong amount / bill was charged and then had to be corrected with a new bill. again, the server meant well but was too all-over-the-place. honestly if the steak I ordered was better, i’d say this BLT was like 4/4.25 stars.

The entire experience was breathtaking. I recommend eating inside as you are transported to a dim-lit room that feels like classic New York Vibes with modern comforts and music. Their appetizers are large enough to share, and do not sleep on the large bread; it has cheese inside and is baked to perfection. They have a plethora of staff on hand to help monitor the flow of the room and help with your needs. Great place for intimate dining, and the food was impeccable. I had the lamb and salmon, both proteins cooked perfectly. Truly a gem in NY, don't miss it.

Min man och jag hade en 6 pm bokning på BLT igår kväll. Vi hade också biljetter till ett 7: 30-evenemang på Lincoln Center. Vi meddelade personalen vid ankomst att vi var under en tidsbegränsning och de var underbart tillmötesgående. Det hade varit underbart att ha haft möjlighet att ta sig tid till middagen eftersom upplevelsen på BLT från början till slut var fantastisk. Efter en lång dag med shopping var det dags att få något att äta och vi kom överens om att vi ville gå för en biff så vi googlade området för platser och slumpmässigt plockade en och vi ångrade aldrig en sekund. BLT-biffen var en stor upplevelse, fantastisk mat, ett mycket unikt hus som gjorde bröd, bra service och bra stämning. Vad mer kan du begära? Vi gick till porterhouse biff (dela) och krabbekaka som en starter och slutade med en trippel chokladkaka och färska bär med glass. . grymt bra. . . kan verkligen rekommendera denna plats

Massor av steakhouses i NYC och den här är i nivå men inte bättre än de andra bättre namnen.

Popovers är bra men inte "fantastiska" alls och behövde mer ost eller något. Min korta revben hade för många hårda fläckar och den krämiga majsen var kall och inte så speciell som servern föreslog. Noll klagomål men skulle ta Capital Grille i en minuted över denna plats.

Det enda negativa för mig var i matsalen belysning. Det var alldeles för mörkt. . Jag såg några människor som använder telefonen att läsa menyn lampor. Den färska bröd var något jag har aldrig sett innan, såg ut som en art skulpturer. Biffen var perfekt tillagad. Den bryna på biffen var inte av denna värld. Första gången jag försöker en NY strip, vanligtvis en filet mignon fläkt. De sidor var bra, var inte alltför förtjust i spenat och grädde. Servicen var utmärkt och fastän stället är ganska flott, det är inte kvavt/pretentiös. Tonfisk huvudrätt beställdes också, och var fint upplagd vackert, och smakade bra.

Vi åkte hit för att fira min sons 21 street födelsedag. Vi var en grupp på 12 som alltid kan vara en utmaning. BLT rose med omständigheterna och gav oss ett enastående server som bokstavligen tillgodosåg alla behov. Han har lyssnat när vi beställde till varje förändring vi hade och mat specifikation vi frågade för ett sådant som ingen salt, ingen gluten etc. Den ostron var en enorm succé som var den porterhouse toppas med hummer. Hummer bisque som var som sammet och popovers var enastående (de också att levereras med recept) . Den branzino var söta men de som serverar storlek var litet. Två saker som vi var inte så nöjda om - den salt med en massa tunga hand ; vi tog med en födelsedagstårta och de debiterade oss en $ 6 service avgift per person att skära ned och servera den kaka. Andra än att är var en minnesvärd kväll och min son hade en fantastisk tid!

Best New York Strip jag någonsin haft. Servicen var också mycket bra och den administrativa chefen var särskilt trevligt och spenderade en hel del tid åt att prata med oss av. Vi kommer att komma tillbaka.

Mötes- och upp en med en gammal mentor. BLT har en trevlig omväxling för lunch möte. Det slutade med att jag att ha den burger. Trevligt. Serveringspersonalen oss vid New York publiken som är allmänt krävande. Krävande i tid, service och kvalitet. Det finns massor av alternativ på menyn.

Bra ställe för cocktails och middag, den Personal var mycket artig och den maten var utmärkt mycket rent ställe

Vi besökte på en söndag över Memorial Day-helgen. Vi gjorde inte har en reservation och det fanns 11 av oss. Men har tack och lov de kunde klämma in oss och vi hade gott om plats.
