Visited Leyla with my family and had a wonderful time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed. The prices are reasonable, and their happy hour is the best in the UWS. We enjoyed Shakshuka, Atom, Humus, Fava Bean Bruschetta, and Kataifi Fritters – all of which were delicious!
The fresh desserts, including Baklava, maras dondurma (mastic ice cream), and a special treat of profiterol, were a hit. We were impressed with the exceptional service and delicious food. Highly recommend Leyla!!!

What an awesome experience with our son and daughter-in-law.  Restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, wait staff was attentive and superb, and the brunch was excellent.  "The Turk" eggs and Turkish spicy sausage was yum!

Oh my God! Dips are delicious . I didn’t like that O sat for over 5mins before I got water and menu. But when I finally ordered it was amazing. Wine and cocktails is not impressive at all, had to Uber to Fasano for cocktails after but over all it’s an amazing place

Tonight we visited Leyla to celebrate a special occasion me graduating from school and the experience was incredible. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, but what truly made our night memorable was the outstanding service we received from Sultan. Sultan was thoughtful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was special. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, and her attention to detail elevated the entire evening. From her excellent recommendations to her impeccable timing, Sultan truly made the night unforgettable. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Sultan, and the entire Leyla team, for making our night so special!

Started off not too strong with a mishap with our reservation. They ended up seating us but after 20 minutes of frustration and misunderstandings. They compensated by bringing us a complimentary spinach yarma that was honestly very good. Lamb shank stole the show, and the cheese pide was perfect. Overall we ended up having a good experience, and for the price we payed we left happy.

Den turkiska menyn är intressant nog men maten är intetsägande. Allt är ho - hum, inklusive tjänsten. Ljudnivån är hög, och allt - i - allt det är inte värt att gå till denna restaurang.

Vi provade 3 olika pides och de var alla fantastiska. Du måste prova bruschetta det var OUT OF THIS WORLD. atomen var fantastisk. servrarna var alla så snäll och rolig. atmosfären är vacker

Menue är ganska begränsad men intressant. Vi hade meze som mestadels var tillfredsställande. Tjänsten var trevlig men något långsam. Inte alla varma rätter kom varma. 2 - 3 var faktiskt nästan kalla. Men helt och hållet - bra erfarenhet.

Detta är en härlig restaurang. Mysig, ganska vacker, ganska buzzy, med en rimlig ljudnivå. Vi var där en vecka på den sena sidan. . . cirka 9:30. . . och medan platsen var nästan helt full, hittade de en tabell för oss även om vi inte hade en reservation. Maten var utmärkt. Jag hade fava bean bruschetta och Manti, och min fru hade en grekisk sallad och en quinoa hummus sallad. Alla var utmärkta, men varnas. . . salladerna räcker för två personer. De har ett litet men OK urval av öl och en ganska stor vinlista. Tjänsten var oklanderlig, och alla var mycket vänliga. Ägaren / värden var mycket välkomnande och kontrollerade oss flera gånger för att se till att vi var nöjda med allt. Köket stängs klockan 10.00, men vi beställde snabbt och kände oss inte alls rusade i slutet av vår måltid. Priserna var relativt blygsamma. Leyla är en ny turkisk restaurang på Upper West Side i NYC. Vi gick på middag med vänner på en söndagskväll. Det finns många läckra aptitretare som den grekiska salladen, Fava Bean Bruschetta och Vegetarian Pide. Det var nog att dela med 5 personer. Vi delade också 4 huvudrätter som var Freekeh Risotto, Lamb Burger och Falafel och Parmesan Encrusted Chicken. Risotto var konstigt, burgeren var okej, falafel var inte stor och kycklingen var bra. När vi går tillbaka (och vi kommer att gå tillbaka) kommer vi att beställa fler aptitretare. Personalen är oerhört trevlig och kunnig om menyn.

Detta var en rustik turkisk / medelhavsrestaurang som var mycket bra, även om jag måste erkänna att jag inte var galen på min huvudrätt. (Mitt fel.) Våra aptitretare var bra; falafel, zucchini fritters, och mer, som balanserade stora ingredienser med tankeväckande kryddor. Vi polerade av 3 - 4 olika "små plattor" av dessa innan våra huvudrätter anlände. För min entré hade jag "eriste", som var en blandning av pasta, lamm, sumac, kummin i en brun yoghurtsås. Jag vet att det var bra, men det klarade inte riktigt min personliga smak, och jag avslutade inte min fulla kurs. Jag kände också samma sätt om min efterrätt, som var en pistaschmos med honung och hemlagad glass. Jag vet att det var bra, men inte min smak. Tjänsten var mycket bra, och platsen är vacker inuti. Sammanfattningsvis är detta en mycket bra restaurang som sätter bra mat på bordet, men det var bara inte "jag". "Jag skulle gå tillbaka med andra människor, men jag skulle nog inte gå tillbaka om jag själv. Vi reserverade för 8 som inkluderade 4 barn under 12 år, 5 till 12 och 4 vuxna. Denna middag skulle gratulera våra barnbarn på skolavläggande och 12-årsdag. En vecka efter bokningen skapades och 2 dagar före middagen ringde de oss för att informera oss om en $ 75 minimum för 8 personer på fredagskvällar inklusive. Vi kunde inte träna en mellanklass. De var oförsonliga! ! !
