We stopped by this bar after dinner, hoping to get seats at the bar, which can’t be reserved in advance. We were worried there might not be any spots available, but we were immediately seated at a comfortable high table.

The birthday person in our group was treated to a beautiful ice cream dessert with a candle, and we ordered a couple more desserts as well – they were absolutely incredible! The quality of the ingredients, the creativity, and the execution were top-notch. You simply must try everything!

As for the cocktails – the main reason for visiting a bar – they were outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, explaining everything with ease and a smile, and they took great care of us.

The breathtaking view, other groups celebrating birthdays, and the stylish crowd made the experience unforgettable!

We came for lunch to celebrate my birthday during Restaurant Week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly special.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Each dish is a work of art, both in presentation and flavor. The way the staff described every course added to the magic. I also love the synchronized rhythm of the kitchen through the open view added another layer of excitement to our meal. Hearing the harmonious voices of the chefs as they prepared the dishes was like watching a live performance.

And the views!!!! Wow!!! The restaurant’s floor to ceiling windows offered stunning, unobstructed views of Manhattan. They even provide binoculars in certain areas so you can fully take in the cityscape, which was a unique and delightful touch. The combination of the breathtaking views, the sophisticated atmosphere, and the hum of the kitchen created an experience that felt both luxurious and intimate.

This was an incredible lunch experience. I can only imagine how magical the views will be at night with the city lights sparkling. This wasn’t just a meal, it was a moment to remember. Highly recommended.

Came here for Sunday lunch for five and was able to be seated at a table immediately. Views are fantastic and they have a wide wine list. Service can be a bit patchy but it could just be the lunch slate. The burger is worth all the hype, and the “secret menu” truffle chopped cheese is also good but I’d double down on the burger for myself. Rest of the apps and desserts were decent.

I found this restaurant through a Google Map search for Best Restaurants in Manhattan. It is a beautiful restaurant with stunning views. The staff is so friendly and responsive to all your needs. They do their best to make this a special experience. It was my wife's birthday. They had a card on the table and a special dessert just for her at the end of the meal. I highly recommend the live scallops appetizer and the steak entree. Everything was delicious, but these were the best.

Me and my husband decided to spend a night of our honeymoon in Manhatta and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the building the staff was very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcomed and despite the fact that we arrived 30' earlier they put us in our table very fast.
The food was an amazing experience, we went for the 4 courses menu and a bottle of wine and we enjoyed every second and every bite of it.
They had arranged a very cute note for us as newly married and it was so thoughtful. Also, everyone congratulated us which made us feel very happy.
The only negative is that we didn't have the chance to enjoy the amazing view as it was raining that day, however, we hope that we will be able to do so during our second visit to the restaurant.
We highly recommend this place.

Central location in the Financial District

Jag åkte till Manhattan för en affärsmiddag och hade så roligt att jag tog min man på lunch ett par dagar senare. Utsikten är fantastisk, och rummet underbara. Menyn var inte särskilt bred, men det fanns gott om tilltalande alternativ och våra val var utsökta. Servicen var förstklassig. Det är dyrt, men bra för en minnesvärd upplevelse.

Nyligen åt jag lunch på Manhatta på nedre Manhattan medan jag var på Decanter magazine Fine Wine Experience - New York. Evenemanget hölls i restaurangen, som upptar 60:e våningen i ett höghus. Tidigare var byggnaden känd som Chase Manhattan Plaza. Utsikten var spektakulär. 

Jag hade inte planerat att äta lunch, men när jag deltog i evenemanget insåg jag att det var det mest praktiska alternativet. På grund av sambandet med evenemanget var lunchen prissatt till 85 dollar netto. Även om detta kan tyckas högt, särskilt eftersom det var en buffémåltid, inkluderade detta vin från ett urval av cirka sex utmärkta spanska viner. Servicen var mycket uppmärksam. 

Stjärnan i buffén var skivad prime rib, som var riklig och utmärkt. När man tänker på de $ 85 var inklusive vin, skatt och dricks, det var en mycket bra affär.

Satt mig i baren. Frågade om vi kunde sitta vid ett bord vid fönstret. Bar personen förklarade att det var bara reserverat för avsmakning meny gäster som var ingen fråga. Var konstigt eftersom de berättade att de inte gjorde mat för tillfället men var bra med det som baren person berättade vi kunde utforska platsen och titta på utsikten. 
Sen satte vi oss vid ett bord i baren efter att ha kollat in utsikten för att dricka upp våra drinkar eftersom vi bara hade en som hade ställen att vara på. En anställd kom då fram till oss och sa ”om jag bara får be er flytta tillbaka till baren eftersom vi inte ska bordsservera just nu”. Med tanke på att vi satt på ett bar högt upp bord. . inte de bord jag ursprungligen nämnde. Min pojkvän svarade “det är inga problem att vi bara ger oss på dessa ändå” på vilket personen svarade “Jag förstår inte varför du måste vara svår” och gick därifrån! ! ! Jag har aldrig varit så chockad. Aldrig i mitt liv har jag blivit tilltalad på det sättet av en server. Vi är båda gästfrihet chefer från Glasgow så vi vet vilken bra service är nevermind ren oförskämd service. Inte säker på om de inte gillade oss eftersom vi var turister men förklarade varför platsen var nära tom med tanke på hur vacker platsen är. Vår första bar i New York på vår första dag på vår semester - vilken dämpare! Jag säger säkert till min familj att undvika när de kommer i september. 
Behandla dina turister bättre.

Wow. Vilken fantastisk upplevelse från det ögonblick vi klev in genom dörren. Uppmärksam och professionell personal, fantastisk atmosfär, ovärderlig utsikt. Och det var innan vi hade smakat maten. Det var en speciell födelsedagspresent och ja, det var dyrt, men det är ett minne vi kommer att behålla för evigt och av alla de rätta anledningarna. Vi hade 4 rätters meny med vinparningar, personalen visste alla sina saker och tog sig tid att behandla oss som kungligheter. Förklarar varje aspekt av maten och vinet. Maten var av denna värld utsökt och jag måste nämna Jackson och Daniel för extra speciell service (även ner till att märka min man äter med sin kniv och gaffel på fel sätt runt och ställa in platsen för varje kurs så där för honom! ). Helt fantastiskt, du kommer inte ångra det.

Vi firade födelsedag, jubileum och förlovning här! Vi hade ett fantastiskt bord, åt strålande mat och servicen var exemplarisk. Visst en upplevelse att minnas.

Otrolig mat med en otrolig utsikt. Vi åt lunch och gick över Brooklyn Bridge efter besöket. Mycket lätt att hitta via tunnelbanan på Fulton street.
