We entered with in mind a Mac and cheese sandwich we ate years ago in Boston. It was not in the menu, but the lady that took my order has been super kind and understood my need. We ate a very good mac and cheese sandwich 😋. And we had some rest from the freeze winter outside. Thanks!

I wish I would have ordered something different. I ordered the grilled cheese, simple but I wanted to be safe - unsure how it would settle with me and I had the day to spend in new york, so I was just being cautious 🙂

My Bestie ordered the grilled chicken and said it was really good.

Again I wish I would have ordered something different but also the tater tots which I hear are really good.

About $20 for both of us. It was a nice quick Stop.

Just not good!! I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and caramelized onions. The sandwich was greasy and cold, the cheese was not melted and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. I was expecting more from an $8 grilled cheese. My tater tots were cold and soggy. I will never return to this establishment. Overall, I would rate a -1 but can’t. Seating is not comfortable and the flow of the restaurant is very poor. I do not recommend.

Melt shop is one block off times square.  Great offerings for all.  We had the chicken parm melt and the patty melt.  Both were very good and tasted fresh.  The shop is clean, as is the bathroom.  The staff were friendly and smiling at each encounter with them.  Counter and kiosk service available.  Overall, we were very pleased with our stop here today.

Vi beställde Smoked Brisket + Chimichurri Melt och Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt. Också, tvådelar Buffalo Parmesan Chicken Tenders och Shop Tots för att gå med smörgåsarna. Smörgåsar var mycket smakrika och en stor komfortmat. Kycklinganbuden var mycket större än jag förväntade mig, klibbig och välsmakande. Shop-tots var också riktigt trevligt.
