I love love love a good rich broth with noodles on a cold day and tangy noodle served!!!! I got the the noodles in beef broth, actually so fresh and delicious! the lamb skewers are small meat chunks but they are tender and flavorful. The dumplings are slightly doughy but the meat filling is very moist and delicious. The cucumber salad is also very well marinated and has such great flavor.  I do think the service could be faster, it’s a very busy location and they could work on managing the orders a little more better just because the staff forgot to bring out our order so we ended up having to wait even longer since everything is made fresh. Otherwise I’d definitely come back here!

I got the beef noodle soup with a braised egg and it was delicious! I also tried their dumplings, everything was so warm and delicious. Their service was incredible and the environment of the store was very cozy and warm considering the cold windy atmosphere outside. The broth was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience at Tangy Noodle! For a place that opened up not long ago they’ve got a great operation going on. The food is all so fresh and flavorful from a simple cucumber salad to the main noodle soup. The braised beef noodle definitely takes the crown, but the sliced beef noodle is a close second. All the noodles are made in house as well! Definitely take a crack at the lamb skewers too which were seasoned perfectly. The mint lychee drink was delicious too! Will be coming back for more, especially in these cold months!

Tried the halal beef noodle soup, dumplings, cucumber salad, lamb skewers, and the braised beef add on (not pictured). Everything was delicious!!! Will recommend to friends and family.

It’s a nice small daily casual restaurant with authentic Xinjiang food. They tone down the spicy level for American diner and the noodles are a bit bland for my taste. But the staff is very courteous and the lamb skews and cucumber salad are delicious.

Vi kom precis från flygplatsen och det här stället träffade platsen! Tillräckligt för att dela för att hantera den sena kvällsaptiten. Maten kändes fräsch och det var mycket smak. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Jag besökte denna restaurang i hopp om en tillfredsställande måltid, men tyvärr var det en stor besvikelse. Jag beställde Seared Dumplings with Beef och en Beef Dumpling Soup, och båda rätterna anlände underkokta, som tydligt framgår av bilderna (bifogas nedan). Underkokt nötkött är inte bara obehagligt – det är en hälsorisk. 

Vi uppmärksammade en anställd på detta, men hennes svar var fullständigt oacceptabelt. Istället för att ta frågan på allvar sa hon avslappnat: ”Jag tror att det är så de äter den och gör den.” Den typen av gissningar duger inte när det gäller livsmedelssäkerhet. Hon inte kontrollera med köket, erbjuda att ersätta måltiden, eller be om ursäkt - i själva verket undvek hon oss för resten av vårt besök. 

För att göra saken värre, vi var inte hälsade eller sittande när vi kom. Personalen verkade likgiltig och ointresserad av att ge även grundläggande service.

Bra ställe, bra mat. Bara Halal. Lanzhou nötkött nudel soppa är Utmärkt! Jag beställde också yoghurt på happy hour som bara kostade $ 1 +

Älskade atmosfären. Maten var god och uppfriskande. Skulle komma hit igen. Lugnt utrymme och bra för grupp sittplatser finns också.

Butiken var rly ren, och arbetarna var super hjälpsamma och personliga! 

de är också en gratuity - fri etablering, men jag tycker att de är fortfarande ett otroligt värde för pengarna : )

Denna plats är riktigt bra om du vill vara med vänner sent ute på kvällen. Maten var så bussin. Och vi hade Coca Cola och det var oooooo

De fyra av oss beställde alltför många saker: fläskmagga, kalla sesamnudlar, skallionspannkakor, tångsallad, gröna bönor, nudlar i köttbuljong, fläsk inslagna i risdumplings, fläskbullar. Vi kunde inte avsluta allt, men vi kom nära. Allt kom ut varmt och var utsökt. Räkningen för allt detta? $ 59 plus skatt och tips. En bra lunch.

Jag hade en tidig middag på denna restaurang och tyckte mycket om det. Jag hörde höra om de kalla sesamnudlarna, så jag fick beställa dem. De var utsökta! Jag beställde också rostgrytgrönsakerna (älska bitarna av vitlök!) Och vegetariska vårrullarna. Min måltid var fantastisk, och jag var helt full. Jag kommer definitivt att äta där igen!

Vi hade en fantastisk matupplevelse här, bra nudlar och andra alternativ. Alternativen är riktigt bra, och det tar inte lång tid att komma fram till bordet.

Påstås vara genesisplatsen för kalla nudlar, Shorty Tang levererar med en läcker skål med godhet - en oslagbar lunch.

Jag tog 7 hungriga tonåringar här och vi kom och kände oss fulla och innehåll. Den kalla sesamfrön nudlar och fläsk bullar var publiken favorit även om vi gillade allt vi beställde. Bra värde för dollar och mycket vänlig service av 2 kinesiska invandrare - trevliga killar på college i USA

Detta var vår första gång på Shorty Tang, vi behövde en snabb middag före kvällsproduktionen vid Atlantteatern Stage 2. Sesamnudlarna är verkligen det bästa vi har haft någonstans. Två av oss kunde bara prova några saker på menyn, Pork Ziao Long Bao var bättre än någon av dessa dumplings vi har haft någon annanstans. Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka nästa gång vi går till Atlanterhavs teater så vi kan arbeta vägen ner på menyn.

Jag åtnjöt min nötköttnudlar, även om det är svårt att mäta krydda nivån vid ett första besök och tydligen tonade det ner mycket för mig - jag skulle ha haft lite mer zing. Men maten var god och riklig, med massor av grönsaker också.

Medan du besöker NY som går genom staden var jag längtar nudlar, jag är så glad att vi slutade på denna plats. Vacker presentation, uppmärksam snabb service och god mat! ! (:
