During my 4th visit in this location was horrible. Staff are not paying attention to my order. They gave me a wrong sandwich and not even apologizing or offering to make a new sandwich. The sandwich was freaking cold and soggy. Cheese not even done and I had to ask if they can a put veggies, instead of asking what are the condiments I want. They are busy chatting each other..not a good example for customer service.

I love JM for their Big Kahuna! Cheesesteak with mushrooms,onions,sweet peppers and I always hold on the jalapeño peppers. I get the big one because it's double steak and I get in cut in 3 pieces. Always good. Last time I called it in and it was ready when I got there. Place is super clean and they are efficient. Probably,no definitely my favorite place to get a good sub. Nothing else compares to this. Especially in the south!!

I've been a loyal customer to this location for some time, I usually order via my app for this location when I'm working in West Columbia. Today I'm working from home (Northeast Cola) I accidentally placed a pick-up order from this location instead of the Forum Dr location. I immediately called this location but was told my order was made and I would have to come and pick it up if I wanted it. There's no refund or credits because this happens often (4 times, already today) and the OWNER (MR FRANK) has instructed his manager (Johnathan)not to credit or refund orders because he's loosing money when this happens. We'll I'm pretty sure the $9.00 he received from me will keep his business running. I wont patronize this location again, there's no such thing as Customer Service at this location.. Jersey Mike, I'm done! You lost a loyal customer over your bad customer service!

Jersey Mike's does exactly what I believe it was meant to do. Remind me of home. Tastes just like subs up in NJ/PA. The staff is phenomenal. For it a go if you're looking for a tasty sub.

I frequent other Jersey Mike's Subs but was in the area to this location and it didn't disappoint. The eating area was nice and large, well cleaned and had a small tv for viewing. The service and food were as I have come to expect from this chain and my Philly cheesesteak was well made. Additionally, for whatever reason, this location had the special combo at a lower price than the other stores so I will now be driving an extra few minutes to hit it up.

I used to live in Orlando and I used to visit Jersey Mike's there all the time so this time I was out of town in Columbia, SC and I happen to be staying nearby one and when I saw the sign I knew that I would be coming here to eat at least once... so I did twice The first time I came in and the store was empty but the lady working there was super nice and took my order, cooked it and charged me for it. The store was clean and I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and it was also clean... always a good thing! I ordered my favorite sandwich the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly with Chicken and no peppers and it was perfect as usual. The sandwich has chicken with a coat of cheese that is melted and delicious and some onions, I always ask without peppers because I do not enjoy them, the flavor as usual was spot on and just thinking about it makes my mouth water.... The second time I came in the same lady happen to be working and again she was really nice and took my order. This time I ordered the original Italian sandwich and it was delicious as well, but I much rather have the Philly. Overall my experience was great at this location and it has always been with any Jersey Mike's I have ever been to.

I find this place to be sub par and over priced . the service was friendly and fast but the food was again sub par . Yeah we wont be back .

Before I write this, I am Hispanic. My dad wen't their and paid almost 70 dollars for the food. The service was bad. They stared at you the hole time overall bad service. The food tasted like green pepper the meat everything. My family went their 1 time bad service for new customers the bread was not even baked. In my opinion Subway is way better.

I live very close to this Jersey Mike's and the food quality is always great. The subs taste better than most and you can get your food quick. However, the staff have always been lacking in customer service skills. Most of the employees look to be between the ages of 17 and 25 and this may explain why they are so rude and difficult. They never say thank you or please and they always bark at you and rush you whenever you try to place an order. This has been a problem for many years at this location and I sometimes will go several months without going there because of the poor customer service. If I did not love the subs so much, I would simply just stop going, but I live too far away from the other locations to give them a try. If you have a thick skin, and don't mind being treated rudely, then this is one of the best places to get a great sub sandwich!

So I stopped in at this location because my regular location is closed for renovations. I noticed the employees wearing gloves which pleased me but obviously they are there solely for the employee as I watched one of the employees make several sandwiches, handle money , and ring on the register wearing the same pair. When my husband confronted them about it and asked that the sandwich be remade the employee lied about handling the register and rudely informed us that by regulation she did not even have to wear gloves.....WOW!!! You better avoid this scum hole!
