Well.. the name is no lie. The tortas are gigantic. I love a good torta and has to check the food truck out with that name. I ordered my usual torta, the Cubana Torta. It was ok. Not great. I guess size doesn't always matter. They were friendly and quick to deliver the food. The torta wasn't bad, but it lacked that punch that the others have in the area. I think the meats were more like deli meats as opposed to authentic Mexican meats. The hot sauces were good, but that's what made the bland taste doable. I wish them the best and the food wasn't bad, but it doesn't keep up with the flavor of the competition.

Cochinita Pibil! Cochinita Pibil! I found it in Nashville! For those who don't know that's a delicious Mexican dish made of a pig roasted in banana leaves. Pretty uncommon for Nashville though, so I was excited to find it here. Even though their name indicates good Tortas, their tacos are quite delicious and 99 cents. I've only been there once to try the cochinita pibil, but it was delicious, so if you haven't tried it before go check it out. Also just across from the Columbian truck (Empanadas Maria Isabel) if you want some more variety of Latino cuisine.

Outstanding!!! Sandwiches are huge, many people could split one. I had the Mexicana and loved it. Wife had one with chorizo and said it was great. She could only finish half. We will definitely return and soon!!
