The exterior should've been enough of a red flag, but we went in anyway. The front door would make a great haunted house entrance. See picture... This place is filthy inside. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Broken ping pong table, pieces of the wall hanging down, busted games, random springs hanging off the trampolines...it really has it all. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly.

The funnest place on earth!! A trampoline park with so many fun rides, right in the middle of the city, who knew!! Checked this place out on a Wednesday evening with friends and it's the most fun I've had in years -- my inner child was overjoyed at the cool rides they have. Water zorbing, an obstacle course, bouncy houses, bouncy dodgeball and bungee jumping!! All in one place -- I'd stay forever if I could! The entire place is super clean and well-maintained and the staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and friendly! They have you sign a waiver and hand you the wristband of your choosing to enjoy the rides, very hassle free and easy check in process! Also have snacks and drinks available for purchase if you need to refuel -- jumping around is hard work! Really fun place for littles and adults alike -- go check it out, thank me later :)

The front desk lady was great - super nice and professional, and the kids had a blast, but I was a nervous wreck because the place was so dirty I was worried there might be something truly nasty or dangerous in the parts of the bounce houses I couldn't see. I was also concerned about the trampolines tearing because the place just seemed so worn down and poorly maintained. It kind of sucks they charge for the parent, too. The price wasn't bad though.

Dirty and kinda ratchet. The water in the hamster wheel looks like a health hazard, with black patches of mold in clumps at the bottom and a ring of dirt around the pool edge. Everything could stand to be vacuumed and wiped down, repainted, blown back up or patched. It leaves you wondering if they ever deep clean. At mt playmore, they have signs telling you they regularly fog clean but there is no such confidence here. Cool attractions, could be 100% better with cleaning and TLC

I've been helping people with stuff getting for them and no respect or any thank you at all they just only stare at me for 2 seconds and just leave I'm never helping people or do anything for the people just my family and friends

First and foremost, the kids here are mean. We were there 90 minutes and one kid stole my daughter's headband and BIT her. This was not in response to any fight or any thing, he just bit her out of no where. My 6 year old son was at the dodgeball court and an older girl threw a ball as hard as she could at his face and laughed when he fell and his face started turning red. Again, this was completely unprovoked. As I'm calming him down a grown man came over to be supportive and told us that he and his wife had decided this was the last time they would ever go there because the kids are just so awful. I agree fully. Further, everything is run down, dirty, and all just kinda slapped together. Most of the 'attractions' you feel like you could put together in your own backyard, except you would probably maintain it better. And you have to pay for each of them, even after paying to get in the door! If you decide to go anyway, definitely get a locker. I saw older kids going through unattended bags. In front of the staff, who did nothing.

What a cool place for kids and people that want to be kids again! Looks like the place has been recently updated...it was very clean (very important to me personally) and I was impressed with the super cool staff. Prices were great and we hope to visit again soon. Just do it...go bounce around and be a kid again!

We'd been here years ago and had a good time, but this place has seen much better days. We visited recently and it was dirty and most of the attractions were in complete disrepair. The bounce houses were filthy and had giant holes loosely held together with tape. There were soda cans and used napkins all over the floor. The trampolines are very worn down, squeaky and unsafe feeling. My child was actually too frightened to jump on them and asked to leave pretty quickly. The ninja course (and I use this term lightly) is very confusing and dangerous. It's just a collection of random pads pushed close together in a pile and a few swings right next to one another. There didn't seem to be any logic to the layout. We had no idea how to use it properly, and the signage and guidance is either nonexistent or extremely confusing. On the bright side, it seemed like the business was in the process of making changes and the front desk staff were very friendly. Hopefully, they'll be able to spruce up the place and turn it around.

As a simple dude it ain't hard to make me happy. There are 3 things I adore in fun establishments, friendly and helpful employees, variety and JUMPIN. In all seriousness this place was more spacious than anything I've been to before, the employees were beyond friendly and my friends and I had an absolute blast.
