Shocked to see two 1-star reviews from this place. My husband and I have been meaning to come here since it opened a few months ago. We came for lunch around noon on a Thursday and the place was empty. Plenty of seating inside or out. (We stupidly sat outside and it was a bit uncomfortable.) We ordered our usual, chicken burrito bowls. All the items looked full and fresh. (Hate when you get the old dry scraps.) When I got to the register, I opened my app and was pleasantly surprised to see a coupon for FREE DOUBLE MEAT. I asked the girl if I could use it and she seemed confused. I asked if I needed to get the same meat or if I could get a different one and again, she was confused. Luckily, she asked someone else and they said we can get any meat so I got the Carne Asada. The bowl portion sizes were pretty normal. The size of that "double meat" though was TEENY TINY. The receipt said it was $7!!!!! The cup was minuscule!! At least it was FREE. NO WAY would we have ever paid $7 for that portion of extra meat. Minus a star for portion-size. Anyways, unlike Justin's review... the food was not bland in the least. In fact, it was PACKED with some heat. Our oldest child loves Chipotle and I would bet she wouldn't have been able to eat it because it was pretty spicy... and I like spice! The carne asada was good too. We didn't get chips. All in all, we love Chipotle. Out of all the fast food choices, we feel like it's one of the more healthy and filling choices without breaking the bank.

This Chipotle is the newest one in the Pearland area and the one closest to me. I've loved Chipotle as long as I can remember but these Pearland locations are just not doing it for me. I've been to this location a handful of times and the food is hit or miss, mostly misses. It's a stand alone restaurant so getting in and out is easy and there's always parking. They even have a nice patio as well. Customer service is also hit or miss. I usually come in the evening on the way home from work and it's the younger crowd. In my experience, that usually means no pleasantries and no interest in going above and beyond with customers. This last visit was the final straw for me. The food was completely flavorless. This included my bowl, chips and side of guacamole. Like nothing seemed seasoned. I had to doctor it up to make it edible. Considering what it costs to eat out these days, I expect better even though this is fast food. It's not much better at the other two locations in the area so Chipotle may have to be wrote off for awhile. There are much better options in Pearland.

I placed an online order and arrived on time . I went through the drive thru for pickup. my food was terrible Everything tasted old expired and cold. I didn't receive my Mexican sprite I ordered my Husband didn't receive his Watermelon Limeade drink.
