I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the property and rooms are in dire need of maintenance and upkeep.

The room I stayed in had several issues, but the most alarming was the excessive mold growth in the bathroom. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern.

To make matters worse, the staff lacked kindness and hospitality. As a guest, I expected a certain level of service and welcoming attitude, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

The “tavern” feels like a cafeteria and has about 4 dinner options.

Until the hotel addresses these major issues, I would not recommend it to anyone. A thorough renovation and staff retraining are necessary to bring this hotel up to acceptable standards for the price they charge.

This resort was great for a weekend getaway! The ski resorts are close, breakfast& dinner at the Marsh Tavern were yummy, the bar is fantastic, and the beds are so comfortable. The spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam rooms were much needed after a day of skiing. Would definitely come back!

*disclaimer I have never stayed at this property* BUT I was inquiring about this hotel for my wedding and Ella was nothing but responsive. She was THE most responsive vender I have contacted thus far. When I saw these reviews online I brought it up to Ella and she gave a very detailed and caring response. We ended up not choosing the property to opt for an option closer to home. However, I am extremely happy with the service I received during the wedding process and hope to be a guest at the resort in the future.

As everyone else says, rooms and bathrooms need updating. Room was clod, but they provide a small space heater which makes it hard to regulate a consistent temperature.

Kids running up and down the halls at all hours.

Fire alarm going off at 3:30am for 20 min, followed by another one that lasted 10 min. They said it was a false alarm, but you can silence these alarms….

Overall, I would not recommend.

I expected so much more from the Equinox Hotel, and I’m honestly shocked at how disappointing the experience was. For the price, I thought we’d get a relaxing, luxurious stay. Instead, it felt like one issue after another.

The shower pressure was ridiculous. It was so harsh it actually hurt, and on top of that, the water heater was so loud it sounded like something was about to explode. Not exactly relaxing. Also the soap smelt like shit

The pool area was gross—there was visible mildew and mold. The toilets were about three inches off the ground and every floor was cold

Breakfast was a mess. There was literally one person working, and they clearly couldn’t handle the six people sitting down? just put a buffet at this point???

Staff overall seemed just straight up rude. And I don’t know what was going on with the floors, but they were covered in dandruff and salt?

The bedding situation was laughable. We received like a kitchen towel when we were cold. The fireplace didn’t work and the tap water made me violently ill.

Good luck getting a dinner reservation unless you plan way ahead. We stayed in the so-called “townhouses,” and they were depressing. The rooms were tiny, smelled bad, and felt like a hostel.

For what we paid, this was outrageous. No room service, no housekeeping—it felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed for everything. I genuinely wish we had just stayed at a Best Western

it took me 15 minutes to upload photos to show everyone how terrible this hotel is because there is just no wifi

every single photo that they post is wrong

The highlight of our trip was leaving we will not be coming back here.
