ALERT! This restaurant does NOT accept credit cards. I was shocked and very disappointed. The food is “ok”. One of the server was more pleasant. The others were not. I have no idea how they were able to put a Michelin sticker at the front door. They seem to have a clientele that comes back frequently. Fairly priced. Will not return or recommend… sorry!

They don't accept credit or debit cards or pix.  You know what is more valuable than your precious over-priced food?  Our time.

We walked a couple of blocks to Bar do Bacana and had a great meal there instead for a fraction of the cost.

I am no stranger to fine dining, but I can't stand the pretentiousness of some of these places.  Keep the food & menu classic, but get with the times and accept a bloody card.

A beautiful venue with caring staff and delicious food! Highly recommend this restaurant. Love coming here with my family. The homemade pasta is amazing, but I particularly enjoy eating seafood here. The fish with couscous is my favourite. And you cannot leave here without having their almond cookies with an expresso - absolutely divine!

The best restaurant in the world, I love this place.  I had the fish last time and it was the best thing I have ever eaten.  Cash only, but big deal…..go get some money.  Artigiano is next door, same owner, cash only also.  It’s still worth it

Vi är familj på 16 som sitter nu i denna restaurang Väntar 2 timmar på maten! ! ! Varje anledning till att de ger oss är otroligt! ! ! Inte ens be om ursäkt Om du kan undvika denna plats så gör det. Detta är min bästa rekommendation om du vill fortsätta njuta av din semester! ! !

Vi bor två kvarter från Anna och vi går ofta dit för middag och söndagslunch. Det brukade vara spetacular (se mina tidigare recensioner) och förtjänade klassificeringen Bib Michelin. Tjänsten har aldrig varit enastående, men maten har alltid varit fantastisk. De två sista middagarna vi hade, var dock disapointing. Maten var bara "ok", några av de tidigare rätterna i ett bord med fyra var något kalla. Den fantastiska smaken är borta. Det är nu bara intetsägande. Den fantastiska gnochien med gamberi togs bort från menyn. Jag undrar vad som händer där! ? ?

Jag kan säga att maten i denna plats är av mycket god kvalitet. Som är inredningen och atmosfären. Bra kostnad, trevlig vinlista. Frågan är att ibland är tjänsten långsam och lite klumpig. Det var en av de dyas. Och det andra problemet är betalning. Inga kreditkort accepteras!

Restaurangen var elegant och maten var välsmakande och bra gjort vinlista är mycket bra och alternativa typer av viner. Servitjänsten var artig och professionell.

Jag åkte till Anna flera gånger men alltid inbjuden eller medföljande frienda. Jag väljer inte att gå till Anna själv. Första anledningen: INGEN KREDITKORT accepterade. Jag tycker att det här är oacceptabelt idag. - 2) Service pompös och mycket långsam. - ovänliga och inte hjälpsamma: nej eller förslag raccomandations på någon platta. Lista mycket lång; svårt för en icke-italienare att få trhough. Mat är bra med alla medel men jag upprepar att jag inte känner mig lugn vid Anna -. Priserna är höga. Lång vinlista rimligt prissatt men igen utan hjälp eller förslag.

Detta är en mycket bra restaurang för vad den lovar: bra och välskötta rätter utan fina innovationer, enkel och vänlig service, bekväma och fina lokaler. Några nya rätter i menyn, men. Fortfarande samma försiktighet: betalar checken! Endast med checkar eller kontanter!

Vi var en fest på 12 som firar min fars födelsedag. Hela familjen. De satte oss på fyra bord som mest kunde passa 10 personer. Vi frågade maitre d om han kunde lägga ett annat bord för att passa oss alla mer bekvämt men han vägrade att göra det under argumentet att ett extra bord skulle vara för nära ett annat bord bredvid det. Det var tydligt en billig ursäkt för att någon kunde se att det fanns tillräckligt med utrymme för båda tabellerna. Tyvärr föredrar restaurangen att behandla kunder dåligt i stället för att hitta en enkel lösning.

ENDAST KONTANT OCH KONTROLLER - Tjänsten var brått och ganska uppriktigt oförskämd. Det var en "upplevelse" när jag fick höra att jag inte kunde använda mitt kort i 21-talet och var inlett dörren för att hitta en bankomat på kvällen, medan min familj var rädd rakt på min bekostnad. Vem bär 750 R $ med dem! Jag känner att tjänsten var väldigt bra för lokalbefolkningen men var ganska slumpmässig och ganska lat mot oss och jag vet inte om det beror på att vi var främmande. Allt i allt maten var medioker och jag skulle inte rekommendera om du inte är lokal. . .

Detta är en av de tre restaurangerna som ägs av Ana Lucia, hennes man och hennes bror, de andra är Pomodorino på Lagoa och Artigiano bredvid Anna. Anna är överlägset elegantare av de tre: inredningen gör att du känner att du är i en italiensk familjs lounge. . . Denna restaurang specialiserar sig på pasta med fisk och skaldjur, risotto och typiska italienska rätter som bifffiléer med Marsala och fikon risotto. Även frukter de mer och fisk av dagen. En omfattande och diversifierad vinlista. Tjänsten: uppmärksam och mycket professionell. Den ena särdrag är att Anna inte accepterar kreditkort: så checkar eller kontanter som gör det lite svårt för turister från utlandet

Detta är ett skämt: Vi gjorde en reservation för Artigiano restaurang och när vi kom fram fick vi veta att de bara accepterar kontanter och checkar. Vem reser i Rio med 1000 R $ i fickan, jag menar att det här är 21 street century inte 100 år sedan. . . åtminstone bör de berätta för oss i telefon under bokningen. Sedan försökte vi restaurangen rätt under namnet Anna - samma berättelse, jag tror att det är samma ägare. . . Definitivt inte att rekommenderas. . .

Jag gav Anna 4 stjärnor eftersom förra gången vår grupp var där servitörer pressade i förköpet och var väldigt otrevligt att förklara mina seniorrelaterade hur det skulle debiteras (de tar ut per person, vilket inte är vanligt i Brasilien). De var också oförskämda att förklara disken och när gruppen cogiterade om att inte ge det förväntade tipset var de inte bara oförskämda men också sarkastiska. Dessutom accepterar endast kontanter. Allt som sägs, även om maten är väldigt bra, tänker jag inte återvända.

Elegant, rätt belysning, mycket god mat och vinlista. Tjänsten är uppmärksam. På minusidan accepterar de kontanter och checkar bara.

Pratar om lyxkostnad, Anna är mitt första val i Rio. Utmärkt service, en fantastisk vinlista, utsökt mat och vackert inredda är några av adjektiven för Anna, men var medveten om att inga kreditkort accepteras. Gör ansträngningen och missa inte det!
