The path to Freedom Beach may be a bit challenging, but it’s absolutely worth it. The views are breathtaking and give you a sense of adventure—almost like a mini hike before you unwind. For those who prefer to skip the workout, a taxi is also an option (I took one on the way back!). The beach itself is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. If you enjoy soaking up the sun and swimming in beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend a visit!

At the entrance to the path leading to the beach, you need to pay 100 THB per person. You can choose to walk down or take an SUV for 300 THB (which includes the entrance fee, round trip). The walk takes about 15 minutes and is quite manageable.

I went in the morning around 9 AM, and the beach was almost empty. Later, it started to fill up, and by noon, it was quite crowded. There are plenty of waves, but the sea is beautiful.

The path to Freedom Beach is a beautiful walkway, about 15 minutes. The important thing is good shoes and a strong body. You will enjoy the nature in Freedom Beach.

Most beautiful beach I have ever seen. So dreamy. I recommend going there earlier in the day before the waves get too big and the sun too strong. There is an entrance fee, they give you waterbottles and the walk down is pretty steep but it's very much worth it!

Surprisingly it wasn't crazy crowded at 8pm. Pleasant to walk and enjoy the varieties of street offered there. Plenty of live music and entertainment - we appreciate they designated ample space with picnic chairs in front of the entertainers so people can enjoy the performances.

One of the best night market I've visited during my trip at Phuket. It's just a cool and hippy night market! It only opens every Sunday evening. Located at the same place of Old Town Street. Lots of cheap handmade stuff and souvenirs. Good food as well! Just that it's packed with tourists! You might find it hard to walk through the streets but overall I bought lots of stuff and had good food here as well! Love it!

Lard Yai Sunday Night Market Delight! (Phuket Walking Street, Old Town)

We visited Phuket Old Town's Sunday market in the late afternoon and were captivated by its vibrant energy! The stalls offered a diverse array of:

- Scrumptious street food (see my photos!)
- Unique handmade crafts
- Local goods

Perfect for an evening outing, we explored the market from top to bottom, discovering hidden gems. We found amazing souvenirs, enjoyed live music, and savoured the flavours.

Had a great time at the marketing, exploring different stalls, and tasting different kinds of music. We walked through out the market on both sides from the top to the bottom and back. Bought different souvenirs too at the stalls. There’s also people singing there. It was very busy but it was a great way to pass time.
