Warm Swedish Hospitality ! Credit to Oscar whom gave his best to guide us, explain the menu very well and delivered the splendid service. BIG THANKS to the kitchen brigade, no space to comment on the food, everything is just perfect. Last but bot least, the bartender - classy drink !. You guys an awesome team. We are happy to be there. The restaurant was crowded but the food didn't take long. The service was good. We ordered steak and many other dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the dessert. It was our first meal in Stockholm and the most memorable.

Wonderful meal at the AG in Stockholm, Sweden!

We ordered the clubsteak for two, which came with au gratin potatoes as well as snap peas. The steak was melt in your mouth tender and very full-bodied flavor. The potatoes were wonderfully flavored with plenty of cheese! The snap peas were salty and hot on top of being very tender. I'm not generally a big fan of peas, but they were amazing.

We ordered the bone marrow side dish, and it was well worth the money...however be advised that the bone marrow side dish must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.

The style of No.11 steakhouse around the world is BURNT TOUGH SALTY AND BAD ATTITUDE.
My friend recommended this restaurant to me because of its rank. Obviously, I wanna try it so I book a reservation on Sun evening. I know bestseller is a steak called axe, however, it’s 1800+ that I changed to another steak. POV: I ordered medium and my frds ordered medium-well. The issue was that my friend’s steak is overcooked and even bitter. At first, we didn’t call the waitress because we think maybe it was a normal thing. But finally, we found that the whole piece was bitter, needless to say, it was a failure work. And part of mine was too tough to chew, which was so serious that not the whole piece. Then we called waitress to come and we wanna make a complaint about it.
The waitress came and we stated the problem. Dramatically, she asked me why I didn’t tell her that before eating the rest piece??? How can I know that without eating?! If I can predict the quality of the steak, I can be the professor and expert.
In light of the burnt steak, their manager explained that it was their style.  And no compensation.
She said “ it’s our style “. Fine. The best steak in Stockholm is burnt and tough style.
No apologies, No compensation. Hah how mean u r.

A place we go to if we are craving for a really proper steak and meat.

You can't go wrong with any choices of their meat - from cut, origin and how it was 'raised.' Great choices of appetizers too.

I love the place - rustic with a good vibe.

The environment was very comfortable and clean. The staff provided excellent service in both the spa area and the restaurant. They remembered we were there for a birthday celebration, so seeing a birthday card in the hotel room felt very warm. We visited on a weekday, so it wasn’t too crowded, though the spa area might feel a bit small on weekends. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience!

Our group of 8 visited Ellery Beach House on 12th October for a birthday celebration, but the experience was very disappointing. One friend became seriously ill with a fever the day before, and despite calling ahead to explain and even offering to show a doctor’s certificate, the staff refused any refund or a gift card for her. Shockingly, they suggested she could still come, knowing she had a contagious virus, showing zero regard for the health of their guests and staff.

The spa itself was overcrowded with nowhere to sit or relax as all beds were taken, and the changing rooms were so small that people had to queue just to shower or change. The included lunch was a single item from the menu, but the food was bland and felt very underwhelming.

Overall, for the poor customer service and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Definitely not worth the hype or the price

We had the best 4 days staycation in this resort. Beautiful hotel in an even more beautiful natural environment, fantastic service, helpful and friendly staff, great rooms with everything you need. The spa was good and they also have indoor pool and saunas if the weather is not suitable for the outdoor pools or sea. There are indoor and outdoor games to spend time having fun,  also lovely place for some nice walks. The bars and restaurants have amazing food and beverage selection, we had some wonderful meals in both of the restaurants. I appreciated the vegetarian meal options, also the fact that vegetarian doesn’t necessarily mean mushrooms. We were very happy with the menu in both places. We had a great time and will be happy to return.

We spent 3 nights at Ellery Beach house, a family of 4 - with two young teenagers.  The hotel quickly revealed itself as a very stylish place, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.  It’s surrounded by the ocean and there is something of a view at all sides.  We were really impressed by the furniture and design, mostly inside but also outside - around the pools and in the garden.  Time went bathing in the ocean, enjoying the sauna, relaxing in the garden, playing lots of padel, table tennis, shuffleboard - and drifting around in the pools.  The food in both restaurant was excellent, with a very creative offering in the tapas place downstairs.  The breakfast was excellent, with great selections of fruits, salads, ham, cheese, warm dishes, juice and smoothies, deserts and cosy atmosphere.   Everywhere you go, there will be hip “elevator music” following you.  This is cool in the beginning, but when I realized there were nowhere, not even in the garden, you can find silence - it became a bit annoying.  Also, there is no groceries in the nearby, and you’ll be forced to eat all meals at the hotel - which is nice, but expensive and somewhat limiting.  In the end, we were very happy with our stay, had a great experience that was both very relaxing and active at the same time.

Went for the day and what a day it was. Breakfast was excellent, the famous shakshuka very much lived up to the billing.

Next up, the spa. Despite a few clouds and a brisk wind - the pool, sauna & facilities were perfect.

Easy travel via bus or cab, couldn't recommend it more! Also worth a dip in the sea!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very clean and smartly designed.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
The location is very nice as well, 15-20 minutes walk from city center and 15 min drive to airport.
There’s a DJ and music every evening so it is verified lively.
It is 5-10 minutes walk from TIVOLI gardens amusement Park that you can visit during the season.
The breakfast is amazing and you have many healthy options, gluten free, dairy free…
We had complimentary snacks to welcome us.
Overall the ambiance is peaceful, we had a great time at villa Copenhagen :)

Villa Copenhagen is a beautiful, historic post office that was fully converted to a luxury hotel. They’ve enclosed the courtyard with an arched glass enclosure to create an open lobby. The rooms are fairly large compared to other European hotels we’ve stayed in, clean, with large windows, detailed molding and comfortable bedding. Bathrooms were also a good size and the soap products they use smell amazing. Had a small dinner in their lobby and breakfast and both were good. Also got pastry from the Rye bakery connected to the hotel and that was also good. Villa is close to the Central Station, right across the street from Tivoli Gardens and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again if we were in Copenhagen.

I stayed at Villa Copenhagen in 2023 and could not speak highly enough about it. The design aspects alone are incredible. But the service, location and atmosphere are equally fantastic. The pool facilities, sauna, cocktail bar and breakfast buffet were excellent. It’s the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would make a reservation again in a heartbeat.

Really just a perfect hotel. Location can’t get much better. Staff were very accommodating - especially Emily who made my tapas experience a treat.

Breakfast was really amazing, fresh baked goods from their own bakery. Really just everything you could want.

Real plants in the room which was very much appreciated. As well as all their sustainability hacks. The pool is heated by energy from the fridges, for example.

Room 1174 - the bed is a little squeaky, just FYI @team, in case you can fix this for the next person. 😊

I came to Copenhagen to do IVF and this hotel was a really good choice for chill and stylish vibes. ❤️

With its emphasis on sustainability, the Villa Copenhagen succeeds. Perhaps better suited for a younger crowd since the live DJ played extremely loud techno music for 3 consecutive evenings until 10:30 PM. While the windows are well insulated to keep out exterior noise, the internal noise is ongoing even with housekeeping staff slamming doors into their frames.
The breakfast area is spacious and the food quality high and more than sufficient.
The location of the hotel is central and convenient. The historic aspects of the building are definitely noteworthy.

Stayed for 2 nights and it's a surreal experience, walking out of your room into a tropical paradise is something you will not expect in the middle of a city. The hotel is calm and tranquil and the pool is great to relax in. The rooms are very clean and neat. We weren't fans of the bed as we found it too soft but that's just personal preference but we spoke to the staff and they helped us make it more to our liking by taking off the mattress topper and changing the pillows. The breakfast is great with options for every diet available.

I used to live in Copenhagen and when I return I typically stay with friends, but this time I wanted to relax a bit and I am so happy I chose this hotel. First off I was surprised at how big the hotel room was, I did book the petite suite since the business room was sold out, but it still looked quite tight in the photos. Upon arrival you have 4 free sodas and two bags of chips (and 2 beers if you drink). Everyday they put chocolates on your pillows. In the rooms you get really nice quality slippers, robes, and a bunch of amenities. I love that they have body lotion and body oil in the rooms, every product smelled amazing. The beds were so comfortable, but may be too soft for some people. The pool was actually quite warm (I'd say a tad too warm) but very nice, I loved the sauna and free body scrub you can use, there is also a steam room and cold shower. The free breakfast was very nice, wide variety of products, fresh bread and juices, 3 different type of eggs, bunch of veggies, and you can also ask for speciality coffees from a machine. I also ate at the restaurant which was very good (it is a separate review)! The hotel does have a little shop, I ended up buying the beach bags they provided in the rooms. There are some areas of improvement to make this a totally awesome stay: They need to provide different towel sizes, there is only one large size or two tiny sizes, which can be a bit annoying to dry hair or hands. The sauna is in back of the outdoor patio area, and unfortunately smoking is allowed there so you have to sometimes walk through smoke to get to the sauna. The sauna area should also have more room for belongings. Besides that I really enjoyed my stay, I paid about $290/night with free breakfast which I think was fine given how central the hotel is and how much it provides.

Great location, friendly and attentive personnel. The service is 5 stars, so are the rooms and the settings such as the tropical pool. The only fly in the ointment was the food standard at the restaurant for dinner: 5 star service, 2 star food. However, reception confirmed this aspect was being addressed with a change of chef.  I would not hesitate to recommend Manon Les Suites for a comfortable stay in central Copenhagen.

This hotel is overrated and overpriced. With the pool located in the center of the building, the entire hotel feels uncomfortably humid and has a musty smell throughout. The room itself was decent but realistically worth only about a third of the price they charge.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience didn’t improve things—the receptionist (blonde, short hair) was unreasonably rude for no apparent reason. For a place that prides itself on a high-end image, the service and environment fall short. Doesn't go well with your overpriced image.

Excellent view, perfect service, and exquisite food!

We cam here on July 11 2024 and got the Classic menu. Everything met our expectation. Most importantly, we did not expect it but we got an amazing view! The servers were very friendly.

If there's one thing I could change, that would be the music. I would prefer more classical music to match the vibe.
