Exceptionally great hotel!❤️ Beautifully modern simplicity design. Extremely clean, fresh smelling everywhere. Clean fresh smelling towels everyday. Room & bathroom was spacious enough for us 2 ladies. Breakfast area 8:00-18:30 , very cozy tranquil & spacious . There’s a beautiful young lady named NEGIN was very accommodating to my special requests, since I was there for 5 days & needed my tea done in a certain way. Grateful for her 🥰
Perfect location in the heart of London , easy to get around basically everywhere.

This used to be a great little minimalist den in central London but it's not coping with heavy use.

Our previous visit the room was damaged but just OK, this one was like a prison cell - full light or nothing, not a single comfort.

This morning it was suggested I could have argued for a better room. Nobody should have to do that, and there's no way this room was acceptable.

We will be seeking a refund and not staying again - since the prices went up you can get a normal fully featured hotel room for these prices.

While the location is amazing the hotel rooms are not. The cleanliness is lacking to put it nicely. I brought cleaning supplies which made things easier. The location plus price is wonderful and again this is where the appeal ends. Staff super nice and accommodating but you have to physically walk to the front desk if you have any issues because the rooms is so minimalistic they have no phones. However I felt totally safe at Zedwell being in the heart of Piccadilly Circle amidst the hassle of the city.

The place is really quite. Room very new and comfortable for a night sleep. Not suitable to spend the day most of the rooms doesn't have windows.
Service very shy and basic. Everyone polite but seems to be there just for the basic.
Gym 24/7 but not included , you need to pay extra 10 pounds for a daypass and that's not even included  a water fountain inside. Literally you need to pay for every small bit you need.

We just arrived home after spending 3 wonderful nights in London. I’m so glad we booked this hotel. You couldn’t get a better location. It is situated in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, but do not let that put you off regarding noise. Once you enter this hotel it’s basically sound proof. We couldn’t hear a thing in the room.
The room was small but spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy and everyday we came back to fresh towels and toilet roll on our bed which nice. The shower was great too!
The hotel also has 24 hour security.
I’d highly recommend and will definitely return here.
